AM I the only one who is not confused by Sakura's smile?Indeed I can't predict her next move, but those were were totally a lie. Well, not totally, however, she doesn't mean them. When she fakes her smile, she fakes her words...

To be honest, I don't know how Kishi will resolve if this is the starting point and honestly, if this chapter is the starting point for Sakura's resolution, then go all the way. Again, I don't know this is the starting point, but I think it's the best timing. How is he going to do it, I got no clue and this is where my attention is drawn by him. I think the upside is that Sasuke hasn't shown to everyone that what he's doing is rather dark or much like how Danzou plays to bring peace: kill all threats. That said it's a good chance to resolve before anyone would scream, "if it wasn't for Sasuke turning dark, blah blah blah." Surely they will find an excuse but whatever.

 

I think the reason why I want Kishi to resolve it now is not because I want to get over with as NS fan, but feel like it's the right opportunity. Sasuke is not trying to impress anyone. Actually, I had a plan on how would have worked if SS moment could have happened. I don't know if I have to right to post it here, so perhaps I will post it in my blog. Anyway, it was one way that "smile" could have been real, let alone make Sai be happy, but again, it was my idea. Now, well that chance is over. The main problem is that Sasuke is showing sign on his way to "fix" the system. Naruto supports repair, not redo. So yeah, Sasuke is not there to make a name for others like, "Hey, I have cookies made by Team Taka. Want some?" No, he's there to take the opportunity to destroy the ninja system. You know, stuff like this, if only the story last longer, this does bring you evil form back. Look at Star Wars.

 

So, should Sakura resolve her feelings? I believe so. Say if Kishi plans to have her fight him, alone or not. I think she should resolve it so she can fight with no emotional drawbacks, that is she has them. I am not the author. When I look back 616 color spread, it's becoming clear that Sasuke in the scroll is pretty much the dictator or in this case, the man who plays harsh to get the world in order. He's like an emperor that's need to be taken down, dead or alive. So the only part that remain is will Naruto and Sakura fight Sasuke together? Again, not the author. It will definitely continue, I am not saying it won't. But she lied to Sai not once with a fake smile and didn't mean her words and her actions were totally different. That's the case now as well.

 

Yup, I am planning to do it in the weekend. There are sooooooooooo many things I want to write about her smile. Showing why she doesn't trust Sasuke a long time ago. I think people missed many things from Sakura's character or missed them intentionally, especially other shippers. No mean to bash, tho'...

Yeah I also agree with that part, the point of that panel was to tell the readers that Sakura was lying.

First of all Dan and Tsunade were a married couple and if Jiraiya did return with Tsunade instead of staying with Nagato and crew maybe Dan and Tsunade would of never married each other.

See sakura make so much effort for that sasuke loves her(until now), for keep her hopes makes me really sad to see it, so many efforts to have no consideration in return, love is our greatest strength but also our greatest weakness, many people say that they don't understand why sakura still loves sasuke even after he tried to kill her and he broke her heart so many time, but wen you love really someone no matter what he do you love him, for example even if a guy kill one or many people his mother will be sad for the family ofthese people but she still LOVE her son, there are many girls who go to jail for protect the guy that they love even if this guy doesn't pay attention to her, a battered woman is not as afraid she would not denounce her husband quelquue hand it is also because they do not want to see the end of their couple they love their husband so much that they endure all pain. I never said that the story is about hinata --' and I never said also that she(sakura) doesn't wants naruto's happiness , that she doesn't want he become hokage and that she has any feelings for naruto,can you say me where I said this please? maybe I poorly worded my thoughts somewhere.

The moment you mention Hinata and Sakura feeling you're ignoring everything that happing in the Manga, you're ignoring Sakura and Naruto character because of the hope that Hinata should get what she wants and Sakura will get what she wants despite Naruto and Sasuke not feeling that way about the girl, s but in the case of Naruto and Sakura has the story progressed we see that they want nothing but each other happiness and will go to any extent to see them happy, you don't see that from Sasuke and you don't see that from Hinata so right there your mind should tell you that they are not doing anything to make the other part happy nor thinking what they can do to make the other part happy, it's all about my revenge goal with one and my personal happiness with the other one.

This is something I usually get from a SS fan, Sakura feelings being mutual is something people will feel sympathy towards worst if Sasuke is being possessed by someone, he is lost in another dimension, lost his memory and become another person, he went of in a mission but until the date no one knows about him, he deeply loves Sakura and she deeply loves him but because of unfortunate events their love was torn apart.

 

That is something you defend, but SS is not that, SS is about a girl who start loving a guy for the wrong reason while the guy find her annoying has they become Teammate she got to know the guy a little more but the guy never encourage her to feel the way she does since he has his own agenda and find everyone else a distraction, but latter the guy decided to walk away and despite the girl declaring her love in her attempt to stop him from leaving something he never encourage he told her that he lives for revenge and after she finish confessing the guy told her that she was still annoying, the girl seeing that didn't work she threaten to scream but to avoid that he knock her out and thanks her.

 

2nd part the girl start getting closer and closer with the person who was actually there to support and help her and wanted nothing but her happiness while her relationship with her first love just kept gating darker and darker to a point where he try to kill her, they try to kill each other and now she does not trust him, without forgetting to mention that her first love in reality is her source of hurt, pain and sorrow, while her best friend his her source of happiness.

 

Trust me if you aren't a SS fan that isn't a love you want to encourage, that is something you wish you best friend, sister mother, family member will one day get over since is doing nothing but hurting her.

 

Am curious are you a NS lover or a SS lover since I don't remember reading something like this from a NS fan.

Why the kitten should I feel sorry for Sakura when she brought it upon herself ? No one asked her to love a guy who could care less about her, degraded her ignored her and tried to kill her multiple times it's her own fault for pinning for a guy who doesn't want anything with her. I don’t feel sorry for Sakura I find her pathetic, the only thing that saves the mess of a character she is is that there are even more pathetic characters like Karin. Sakura needs a good psychiatre, she needs to get her priority straight. As of now the only thing she will get from me(her and Naruto) is my conptempt I sure won't feel sorry for her when she's responsible for her own suffering.

I also don't like that is in Sakura's pain, but I don't feel bad for her. And I want to see it, I want to see her pain, feelings everything. Because we know it's there. I love that Kishi show so much from her POV. I just want her to get over Sasuke so she can end this pain, she needs to move on with her life. I want her to put her feelings into action and do something. All this thinking of Sasuke makes me think someone will oppose him.

 

I even hate when people assume opposite pairing is canon because one person is getting over another. :/

But in NS I think it's different because Sakura already likes Naruto, getting over Sasuke is her last step. And because she always smiles around Naruto, and Kishi highlights everytime it happens, plus Sai mentioned something about people smiling around the one they like. I think it's a hint that Naruto will be the one making her happy.

 

What I like about the smile is the art, I think it was epic. XD Someone also said she looks like Gin from Bleach and I agree. I love Gin anyway. ^^

I think that 'might be sincere' part is connected to the fact that Sakura went into happy and trust mode after 631. 

What she says to Sai in 635 shows that she hates herself for being happy (because of the team 7 nostalgia) and trusting Sasuke, even if it was only for like 5-10 minutes.

I thought it was a mistranslation yesterday but now I'm quite sure this is what Sai means.

I think that is overthinking, i know that she doesnt trust him but we dont know if she still loves Sasuke or not, this is something that is yet to be confirmed and probably will be adressed next chapter when Sai confront Sakura.
