Kisame himself said that he would lose to Jiraiya and that the two of them together could only hope to take Jiraiya down with them (as in all three of them dying), and they outright ran away after Jiraiya got involved when they attacked Naruto.

 

Exactly, and in Itachi's case, if not for the Sharingan and the Mangekyo Sharingan, who's to say he wouldn't lose to Orochimaru as well? Considering Orochimaru is no slouch himself from his time with the Akatsuki, even if he was only with them to further his own goals.

Cause itachi said not to say anything about the failed take over of the leaf the Uchiha tried as that would ruin there name yet nothing madara, obito, itachi himself or Sasuke did didn't ruin it already am I missing something cause the Uchiha already kitten the bed on this.

I can't believe there are people so obsessed with akatsuki kitten that I see arguments that jiraiya would lose one on one with Kisame or Itachi ... So that's why both of them said jiraiya would drag their reputations through the mud? That's why jiraiya was able to fight against pain who's stronger than itachi and kisame (yes itachi does have abilities like susanoo but it causes blindness) and might have stood a good chance if he knew their secret?

Didn't they both agree in Part one they stood no chance against Jiraya together and had to distract him to even have a change at getting Naruto?

 

Hell, in Part two Pein (who is stronger than both of them even counting the power creep of part two) said that if Jiraiya had known about the six bodies at the start of the fight; he probably would have won.

Yeah, Itachi used his genjutsu on that woman to Seduce Jiraiya because he acknowledged that even if both he and Kisame teamed up on Jiraiya, they either still couldn't win or won't win without heavy casualties. Both Itachi and Kisame straight up said it before they made their move on Naruto

Well truth be told this is no surpise Naruto fans are a prime example of ignoring context and actual judgments and measurements regarding one's powers and capabilities. Remember some fans think Hinata can take on the the manga's strongest villains and come out on top. Well her loonie fanatics anyway, but the point stands, you see nonsensical debates on who would win in a fight and evidence is nothing but what they wish to happen or see in their heads. Just saying

there are fans who think hinata held back against hanabi and she only lacked mental power not physical power (I think they watched some of the shippuden fillers, also doesn't that mean hinata is dumb? why say she's weak mentally and stalked naruto but ship nh) and also literally acknowledge she stalks naruto and ships nh anyway. They also think neji isn't a talented genius but just was stronger than hinata because guy held his team back an extra year for the chunin exams

They also said Sasori was stronger than Deidara but he was the first to die, and it would also mean Sakura had a harder battle than The Sauce

What's even sadder is people still think that Hinata is the best thing ever and again downplay not only Sakura but Ino and some of the other females in Naruto as well. I mean come on what has Hinata done that makes her so damn special, what has Hinata done that makes her worth it?

 

I mean, again and again, they bash the girls all because they didn't suck off Naruto when he was younger that they didn't worship him, this is what I have grown to hate in anime. You have a tragic past, then no matter what kitten things you do, the fans will forgive you because you had a tragic past. (This is more so with Sasuke because what happened to him, one fan said we should hate him less because of his past)

 

And that's something that I'm getting sick of right now. It's why no matter what kitten things Naruto will do, the fans will brush it off because they will say. "How dare you hate Naruto he had a hard life," To me, it's no wonder Naruto was such a little kitten because they would let him get away with things.

 

As someone that worked with kids and I have looked after my sisters that can be brats at times, and you need to tell them off no matter what they have done or there past.

 

I still hope that in the new Manga Hinata will kill herself mainly so her fans will have nothing to say about her being so dame great.

Again what is stupidly insane is that those nutcases CLAIM THAT because Hinata is nice to Naruto and is always there for him and does anything for him and is submissive towards him, she deserves to be with Naruto but then she 180 turns her character around and they still love her for it. Hinata becomes a tsundere to Naruto and they still say she deserves to be with him. The daughter getting angry and hitting his chakra points over a teddy bear is perfectly acceptable. But Sakura is *abusive* if she did any of those things.

*Sorry I can't help but be sarcastic with how Kishi wrote their entire relationship. It is one of the most ill thought out and "told not shown" kitten fests I've ever seen/read

That's true. Although that is another extremity in that Toriyama DIDN'T like Vegeta at all initially and never understood why he is so popular, so he ragged on him in the story, but ever since changed his mind. No, I feel that a rival should be used to push the MC to greater heights and challenge them but not be favored over the MC by the author (Sasuke, Bakugo) nor should they be worfed just to make the MC look better (Vegeta, at least in Dragon ball Z). That's just my opinion anyway
