Well let's see about that

If I'm not mistaken, they made about 4.5mil in revenue just from opening weekend and pre-sales, all forced and non-refundable. We just need to see how much of a profit they actually made after subtracting all the losses from marketing, animating, voicing, and merchandise. 

4.5 million dollars? Is that really what they made? I've seen people here posting how much it made but in yens.

If that's true it's not much. When you take in consideration the production for the movie, Kishi's huge paycheck to destroy the manga, the voice actors etc.

I was willing to see some NH in the end, but SP and Kishi how treat NS forget about.

Seeing how I shipped NH in the beginning (not religiously, mainly just being under the impression that it was canon), if it had been handled well I would likely have shipped it along with NS.

I get that he is saying the individual reviews are too "Harsh" ( Bs.) but the rest of it doesn't really make sense. especially what comes directly after calling them harsh. Its all jumbled up in the translator...

Seeing how I shipped NH in the beginning (not religiously, mainly just being under the impression that it was canon), if it had been handled well I would likely have shipped it along with NS.

 

It's basically the same for me. I expected them to sort of hit it off in Part 1, and officially become a couple in the beginning of Part 2 from then on. That didn't happen, and I started to really doubt the pairing. And Kishi thinks he can somehow make this pairing look believable through a movie? Please. We have the whole manga to go against it -_-

Why do people NOT ship these two? I just don't get it.

Probably cause they hate Sakura. When she's probably the most developed female character in the whole show.

I respect Hinata, but Sakura deserves some too.

I mostly moved on after the manga end. By the time the movie came out, I stopped caring.

 

I still love the fanon we've created, tho =P

Orihime was introduced since the beginning and has more panel time Hinata can ever dream of.
 
I'm honestly not a fan of Orihime but she's way better than Hinata.

  
I agree. I'm not really a fan of Orihime either. I made the mistake of watching the dub and she has the same dubbed voice actress as Hinata. Hearing her in the dub makes me wanna box a kangaroo. I'd rather eat vegetables.

I don't mind either, either. I'm not that invested in bleach romance lol

Oh no no no. I'm in rebuild mode, happily away from Kishimoto and his crap to do what I want with the characters, and do it correctly. Anyone else can leave if they choose but I'm not "moving on" to anything but the next stage.

Sasuke. The cool ninja. I used to like him than Naruto because Sasuke was so cooool and wanted Sakura to be with him *fangirling* then he went away, I stopped watching it.  :pinch:


Even a rock has something it can be used for. There's a way for them to shine that even a jewel can't compare to - Sakamochi Tatsuma :lulz:

I was going to ship NH i even my last decision was by fan art and there was Lady GT with NS art , now here I am.

Me too!  :lol: It's interesting how the movie turns out to be like this. Interesting topic, indeed. I'm hurt but not really anymore.
