I was just checking Sakura's profile on narutopedia and something caught my attention:

"Sai and Kakashi suspect that she does still love Sasuke, and that she wants to stop him only so that he does not sink any lower."


Okay I understand Sai saying something like that (according to the translations from 474 which I still believe they are NOT a 100% accurate) but when has Kakashi said or even thought that Sakura loves Sasuke romantically??? someone jog my memory because I don't remember. It will be a complete different story if he said that she loves Sasuke as a friend and teammate but I don't remember Kakashi saying that Sakura has romantic feelings for Sasuke. Judging from his priceless expression at the N/S hug from 450 (obviously he NEVER expected Sakura to give someone like Naruto such an intimate hug) he might think otherwise that she no longer loves Sasuke that way. My point is Kakashi never thought or suggested that Sakura is in love with Sasuke.

They think that because kakashi, during 469, said "Sakura you..." and then this they assumed that kakashi told us readers that she loves Sasuke when he's clearly speaking about her mental state.

Seriously that doesn't necessary means that Kakashi is telling that Sakura romantically loves Sasuke. I think he cares for Sakura just like a teaher cares for his student and he didn't wanted her to see Sasuke getting kill by his own hand knowing she will be heartbroken just like Naruto. Kakashi didn't say" Sakura you love Sasuke so you can't be here."

Narutopedia are not putting accurate information they are just putting information they speculiate to be true. I believe Derock was the one who mentioned about the Sakura trivia that Kishi said that Hinata was a better heroine than Sakura, when that clearly is not true.

I know but when Sakura hugs Naruto they say that it's only bro/sis. I just can't wait when Kishi makes NS cannon so this stupidity lowers to almost zero.

It's true Hinata confessed her love for Naruto but nothing happened. Yet Sakura confessed her love for Naruto and nothing happened. We already know Kishi loves trolling with the fans perhaps he will continue his trolling until the end of the manga. Or perhaps he's already have something plan on his sleeve to finish Sakura's confession it could happen before the final battle against Sasuke.

Well I think Sakura's confession just came off the wrong foot and wrong time and place to say it. I do believe a re-confession will be made once, she's 100% certain of herself and at the right time, place, and moment.

Actually something did happen when Sakura confessed. Pay attention to Naruto's words and actions after Sai got it through Naruto's head that Sakura has moved on from Sasuke and is now in love with Naruto. The picture of Team 7 in Naruto's head shatters. When he rescues Sakura he:

1) Yells at Sasuke and says absolutely nothing about Sakura having any romantic feelings for Sasuke- "She's part of Team 7 too!" Where in part 1 when Naruto got mad at Sasuke for treating Sakura badly he yells at Sasuke how could he do that, considering how Sakura feels for him

2) He keeps in direct physical contact even after he sets Sakura down, with a gentle hand on her shoulder. He keeps in direct contact until he stands up to confront Sasuke.

No, Naruto has accepted Sakura's confession on some level and knows their feelings are mutual.

I think it means that a woman's heart keeps changing or something like that. Sakura realized a long time ago that Sasuke would NEVER return her feelings so without knowing she moved on from him and started to accept the deep, strong feelings she has been slowly developing for Naruto since part 1 started. Sakura is smart what will be the best choice for her:

a) love the guy who has NEVER shown any romantic interest, other than friendship and now wants to kill her as part of his revenge.

b) or love the guy who has always love her sine day 1 has always supported her, believe in her and has forever stayed by her side. He would never abandone her and he will always be there for her through good and bad times.

No contest which choice Sakura chose.

its not bad at all. Its a classic story telling trope especially in eastern story telling.

its primarily used to show the change in a womans heart, that it can and does change over time. Its used in this context to show how Sakura has changed to see Naruto with her heart after all this time.

it can also be used in a fececious manner as a small joke to lighten the mood between a woman and a guy she likes.

but in general its a serious phrase used in a confession to denote that change.

I know I shouldn't post this but after seeing this, I just can't believe it. If someone does this for Sakura's confession or the hug I'll just leave this FC and never bother with any forum again until the end of the manga. I'm being serious.
