Yes I don't know how to spoiler in cell phone or tablet.

It should work the same way you do it on a computer/laptop.

You start the spoiler like this: [spoiler= Type whatever you want to in here or leave it out]

And you end the spoiler with this: [/spoiler <------ I'm purposely leaving the bracket out so that you can see it (otherwise, it'd be a spoiler

The necessary signs should be on your phone and tablet.
