The second time he says it because she asks if he remembers the first conversation they had and he says no but he proves he;s lying when he calls her annoying, third time while not OK he was trying to protect her. I don't think Sasuke liked Sakura romantically in the entire manga so I don't know why you're bringing that up unless you're talking about caring about her but he still states that he sees her as a second family. 

PS- Your Sig is awesome, probably going to start One Piece :D

The second time wasn't in reference to the first, he's literally called her and all the fangirls annoying. He meant it. He wasn't trying to protect her either, else he would have simply knocked her out. He was making a point by murdering her in the genjutsu. He has never cared for her.

I've read it, and it was as if they were tying to mislead people in the first chapter... but we all know that the following will contain pages and pages of complaints about sasuke-kun and blah blah blah... but it's as ramen said it's only a recap of thelast and I'm sure this chapter contain one of the rarest moments when sakura actually cares about her work...

i think this will be most beautiful novel I will ever read... cannot wait they make an anime version, so I will can see Sakura's sentimentalism in all his magnificence.

Seems like I haven't missed much here, and from what I read, it seems they're doing everything in their power to knock Sakura down a couple more pegs for their precious Hinata-sama.

Honestly, I can't bring myself to believe that this Sakura even cares about her work. I've been left with the impression that she opened the clinic not because she truly cares, but because it was a way for her to take her mind off Sasuke, which I find disgusting.

It's true that we can interpret it like this ... (especially when you see that Ino was worried about her )

It's saddening to see how much they want to ruin Sakura even more
