But what i actually thought of Sakura's forehead protector, sleeves and vest being torn or removed could be of use later on

anyway i have seen the wsj preview in MH forums... but the quality of image is poor and I cannot be able to read the whole kanji, but i can read there are naruto and sakuke names there...

One thing to note is that this chapter shift three focuses. The beginning have Sakura determined to do her best that either she could do the same as Naruto or better (translations...). So determinations are shown from both of them. Two is when Sakura got hurt but don't want Naruto's sacrifice to go in vein. If you ask me, this wasn't really needed, but for some reason, it happened. Why? I don't know. Then three, once they found Sasuke, it's all about can they get him out.

That said I wonder why the setup went the way it did. Why Naruto has to be "absent"? Why this way? What's going to happen? I don't know but I guess we have to wait.

Yeah I know, this is setting up for Obito to think of Rin while in Sakura's presence that way it won't seem out of the blue when it does happen.

 

Obito is referencing Kakashi's statement how Naruto's friends are all Rin, Obito re-confirms this by this week's chapter saying that Sakura is supporting him just like Rin. Rin was Obito's support, everyone was Naruto's support, and in the front lines of that is Sakura out for all his friends it was Sakura that was chosen to represent everyone that is supporting Naruto.

I think Sasuke will do his part now. I can see that Obito may have one left in him and probably leads to his death. Sasuke can sense Naruto when he was in dimension bridge. That means Sasuke can trace it and instead of keep guessing, one try will do the trick.

Now now don't go and give SS any ideas they would probably connect that with Sakura leaving Naruto for Sasuke bc the vest was burned and had the Uzumaki symbol on it  I can already see them saying this
