I'm waiting on the reactions of Swayer and forneverworld, they should be funny, reviewing something they are going to be disappointed in.

As for many saying minato essentially killed Kushina, there's a bit of leeway here, Kushina could have survived but we need to take minatos own sealing power into account, he wasn't the one who put kurama into Kushina after mito. Minatos own skill as well, the reaper did have a limit to the chakra it could take but there was also the aspect of the village being under attack, the end result in most cases would be minato dying either way, as for Kushina well, she did just go through both childbirth and extraction, it's a very confusing situation right now kinda like hacking Madara but we can really infer it was the situation in need for the village over the sole priority like it is for naruto. In another part, I also thought there was a moment when Kushina rather did want to die based on not being able to imagine a life without both of them, or was that minato? Well either way, minato did say there were something's only the mother could do but unlike madaras situation where he just hacked sussano, this one we can say it was a difference of priority and nessessary, so Kushina could have lived but sacrificed herself for the need of the village and naruto.

Lastly, let's go back to Sakura. As I mentioned before, she is determined to not let him die. The fact she is talking about herself not wanting him to die is a strong scene that is yet to reach to a conclusion. First of all, why did she keep saying she can't let him die? Yes, she is tasked to do this, but she is acting like if he dies, so does she. It's the connection that he and she has now. It feels like that they are now one or something. Referring back to my post about Naruto surviving or dies, this whole line she said is a setup for possible result: her ultimate success or her ultimate fail. She is extremely determined that if she succeed, then she will be incredibly happy. However, if she fails, then she will be broken. Again, Sakura felt like the world ended when she couldn't sense Naruto's pulse. If it really happens, then it's all over. May I remind you, she cried heavily for just learning Naruto's love for her and how much it damaged him according to her mind. Do you know why Kishi separated Naruto and Sasuke's scenarios to their respective teammate? Is it for romance? Is it for more than romance display? So far, it looks that way, but yes, there will be more than just romance. Remember, this is no longer Team 7 thing, this is a personal thing.
 
Overall, I really like this chapter a lot and the suspense is truly getting exciting. We are left with a foot being near to Sasuke, so we are left to guess who. My guess is Kabuto. It does seem like the next chapter may focus more on Sasuke's recovery than Naruto's since it would seem like Naruto's process will be the main key due to how it can happen and Madara heading to the same location. Expect many more dramas in the upcoming events. One final note: I will not give it away but I honestly have one thing in mind on how to handle Madara's epic battle, which most likely starts in next volume, and if it happens, I will be one happy man. I won't say it because it can be jinxed and it will never come near to that idea. The only thing I can say is the idea came from RPGs and that's all. Well, I look forward to next week.

But her medical ninjutsu is really weird i mean she grabbed his heart with her hand dude.

yeah but you know something has been bugging me i thought about this a few mins ago remember in the wave arc sasuke seemed dead his body was even cold but sakura didn't perform cpr or try pumping his heart to beat im not pointing this out to bash ss im pointing this out cuz kishi could be doing something more with this shes grown alot thats for sure

Did anyone remembered Saint Seya when Sakura started to slice Naruto open? That's an... pretty amusing way to have an first kiss, if you would even call it that. I wonder if Sakura was making those shifty eyes either because she was really desperate, or because she was a bit reluctant do it because of what it implied?

But that's what the flashbacks were for. You have to remember they are ninja, and sakura has always wanted to be useful. In this case, crying right now wouldn't really much.

And for her medical treatment, she was pretty low on chakra, which was why she is manually(without chakra) trying to do everything she can. Which I think speaks volumes, because besides bandaging and all that, we don't get to see too many non chakra related healing techniques.

Some people are suspecting that the guy who is approaching Sasuke is kabuto. Otherwise the next events should be immense. How will Madara try and get yang kurama from minato? Or may he not even know of the separation? For all we know, madaras ignorance will cost him, he thinks the 9 tails is complete when he really only has 8.5 tailed beasts. What I really want to see though naruto getting the other half will restore his powers but what's to stop Madara from doing the same exact thing again? Naruto maybe avoids it that simply? Also naruto would be able to use his sage mode and tailed beast mode with sasukes sussano against Madara so what can they do to overcome Madara?

Really I'm loving the setup, how will minato and Kakashi fare when they must face Madara, Kakashi himself is stuck going up against the biggest most powerful of all alone, if anything I bet it's going to be Kakashi and gaara facing Madara until minato is done with narutos condition. I am really looking forward to the second sakura minato interaction, dear god, this chapter, it felt like that song from Bon Jodi "shot through the heart" oh the feelings.
