I'm surprised at this chapter, because Kishimoto just went mythology and religion on us. I'm digging the background of it.

 

But I wish Kishimoto make up a good fire user. Trees can be burned down by fire... Recall forest fires, anyone?

Sarutobi is a pretty good Katon user. : D Sasuke too ofc, but he's just standing there lol.

Basically the prophecy is almost complete, this is the great calamity that Naruto is supposed to stop.

I don't know if that works on giant tree. That tree is alive and make it difficult to kill it. You saw how it regrow quickly.

Anyways great chapter. A really dramatic one at that. I wouldn't be surprised if this volume is an 11-12 chapter one like some of the other. I really wanna see what's gonna happen next. And this obviossly a set up for Sakura.

Well Katsuyu clones were on all the alliance people, Katusyu clones use Sakura's chakra so the tree was prob absorbing her chakra from the clones on all those people who got caught. 

 

Also, there's the possibility of mental feedback.

I think it's time for those two to get in the mix. It seems like them and killer bee will get in. It should be interesting on what's next. I wonder what's next. How the chapter would go. Hopefully, 21 pages will be in good use.

Maybe he has it, or maybe he'll have it in some way. Also, it doesn't have to be just him destroying the tree. There could be others with him. But, that if he did have or get Perfect Susanoo.

 

I know that the black flame is fast enough.

I'm on an island again it seems. I enjoyed the last few chapters and then we get this. It is was a nice run since the bewildering events in 615. All good things come to an end.

So...I guess the precursor to the Uchiha was astute enough to write this crap down. The one to the Senju...not so astute I guess.Or maybe some ancient ancestor dropped it, like Commandments 11-15 or maybe used it as a door stop and forgot about it or something.

So, this is why Madara gave up on the universe. And I thought Obito's reason was bad. I felt absolutely zip about Madara's disillusionment.

This is like the moment in an RPG where the plots going great and it suddenly dives off a cliff with a stupid plot twist. Like Star Ocean 3.

I just can't get excited like the rest of the thread. I thought this chapter was stupid.

If anyone has access to Volume 66 can you confirm if Katsuyu refers to Sakura as -san or -chan in that chapter? Maybe the original one was just an error just like it was with the name of the byakugo seal.

 

Also, are there any instances in the anime or manga where Katsuyu has spoken to Sakura directly? If anyone can find that we can confirm how exactly does Katsuyu refers to her.

Maybe Kishimoto became really aware that only Naruto can calls her as "Sakura-chan" and so he has changed into "Sakura-san" XD
