Can people just stop complaining about Hinata every freakin' chapter?

Seriously, all I ever see from most of us is that Hinata appears ... we automatically start complaining over it. Some is justified IMO. 615 for example definitely is. But
this? Really? It's like the majority of the NaruSaku fans jump every time we
see her. Hinata leading was a very good moment for her, I see nothing wrong with it at all. Unlike
some of us, I was really proud of her for leading the alliance like that. Deserves praise, not criticizism. Though I'm still a bit disappointed that Hinata only does something remotely flattering or significant if it revolves around Naruto.

If Kishi really wants to prove her worth as a likable character, then the source of her actions shouldn't only be driven by Naruto. That's a character flaw of hers still.
Anyway, my point is ... both Hinata and Sakura were doing their jobs. Sakura was healing and Hinata was taking charge for once. Good character development if she's gonna be the heiress. As for the NaruSaku moment ... honestly didn't enjoy it surprisingly. The sentiment and thought behind it was nice but Sakura's face was just ... just drawn so crappy. Call me picky, but I can't enjoy a moment like that with such
terrible lines on Sakura's usually pretty face.
I also didn't find it OOC. Hinata's journey has been about getting confidence in herself and becoming more outspoken. This isn't forced, it actually makes sense.
Hinata's fight with Neji: Hinata developed enough aggression and determination to fight him, even if it meant dying for it.
Search for Itachi Arc: Not any studdering, she confidently led the group with her Byakugan.
Pain Arc: Hinata confidently expressed her love for Naruto without stammering and then cue suicide *cough* I mean *cough* "protection" attempt".
615: Hinata easily has a
firm speech and was even daring enough to rest her hand on Naruto's cheek.
So really, finding her leading has been progessed subtly this whole time. It completes her "lack of confidence" character point pretty well.
As for the parts I actually care about, the Obito/Kakashi scene was the highlight of the chapter. I was really shocked at Rin possessing the 3-tails and kiling herself to protect the village. Very ninja of Rin. So much for those spy theories many of us loved to speculate over.

Glad that neither Kakashi nor Rin were put in a overly harsh light like it seemed. As for Obito, he's just a complete lost cause. He's in the thickest form of denial I've ever seen in the Narutoverse, it's amazing.

Nice to see our theories of Obito being determined to crush Naruto's idealogies and hopes because of his understanding of it. Not gonna lie, really felt that was foreshadowing of a Sakura/Rin violent parallel sooner or later.
Great symbolism at the end! I can't wait to see Naruto talk no jutsu Obito to "redeem" him. Or and those two panels of Naruto bleeding with his ripped-up clothes was super badass and one of my favorite scenes.

Well said.
That's a pretty nice statement.
To be honest up until the Pain arc it seemed pretty obvious to me that Sakura was slowly falling for Naruto, but then the Summit arc came it challenged the way I figured the story would develop. At least in terms of Sakura's development.
It wasn't until the war arc that I started reading opinions regarding the matter and was shocked to read how some people actually hoped for NH and SS. I figured everybody would be hoping for Sakura to finally reach the development of loving Naruto since we're supposed to cheer for the protagonist to overcome his struggles. I couldn't believe the amount of people who would just rather have him forget his love for Sakura which he was so devoted to.
With so many opinions contrary to mine at one point it did make me wonder if I was seeing the series wrongly. I wondered if Sakura was really such a bad fit for Naruto. But despite everything I couldn't bring myself to believe that Naruto was meant to love someone else other than Sakura, or that Sakura was meant to be with Sasuke when it just shows how being with Naruto makes her the happiest.
I think that stumbling into the pairing war of the fandom accidentally left a bad impression in my mind which gave me a little touch of pessimism when it comes to the love side plot. I can't help but wonder sometimes if not knowing of pairing wars would've let me keep a more optimistic view on it all. That maybe I would've enjoyed chapter 615 more if I didn't have that pessimism of the pairing wars in the back of my head.
Like you said pairing wars are only in the minds of the fans.
Nicely said too. Here's the thing, I would let Naruto, the character, speak for us. What I mean is that if he thinks it's bad, then we too must think it's bad. That's why I am behind him when he told Sai why he didn't confess. That sole reason is the reason why I am confident that Naruto will always love her. Again, if it was about the other, then it could be bad, because the easy answer is to move on or heck, Sai would have told him that. Instead, he just don't want Naruto to suffer anymore because he's too strict to himself with Hokage, Sakura, etc. He still is, whether it's good or not, but if we have to support him, then my god, we will. That's one thing many forget while reading a fictional story and it displeases me when people decided to focus on others, let alone who's not even on the good side.
What I'm saying is don't fall to this so-called pairing war. I only had fun with it, but now, you guys taken extreme. Not you, redragon88 or perhaps even in here, just people in general. So I threw my fun away and just focus on the manga, just like before. I hope one day everyone will feel stupid when NS moment happens. Not you guys, but those who has been thrashing us for a while, even though those pairings leaves nothing open and this is more to the haters, rather than fans of another pairing. I respect them, just as long they respect me. Putting a bullet in our head, wow, I wish I can be an a**hole for one day, but I am better than this, so no. Anyway, I don't want to go on long, but glad people are seeing the big picture.
So is Hinata's character development finally done? Because I remember a lot of people saying it was done after her speech.
You made it sound like this is the development. It's just her setting up for defense, which most likely get wiped out and Naruto will feel hopeless because well, he is injured and no Kyuubi for a while. Not to mention, the defense team is really weaken to the point they have resort to other ninjas. That's good for support contributions wise, bad in numbers of alliance.
