OK, I don't live in North America so I'm not 100% certain but from what I know there are 2 collectors box exclusive to North America but they are exclusive to Namco Bandai's own online store Club Namco. There are 2 versions one with 2 figures which is priced at $79.99 USD and one without figures priced at $59.99 USD. I don't think there are any at gamestop or anything.

To get the 5 dlc costumes though it's available to anyone who signs up for Shonen Jump or Neon Alley.

Shonen Jump and Neon Alley are payed monthly services, if you're a customer with them then you get the dlc.

How much would 1 month of it cost then?

I'm not sure to be honest, the services aren't available in New Zealand (where I live) so someone else would have to answer, honestly I think it would be cheaper to just wait until they are released as dlc on Xbox Live and the Playstation Store.

Last question I swear.

When do you think that will be?

Probably a month or two at most after the game is released. That's about when most pre order dlc goes up for everyone else.
Off the top of my head I can't think of any pre order dlc that remained exclusive to pre order so I don't think there's any worries about it not being released for everyone eventually.

Funny that you said that because I have seen people getting fed up that people are crying for no princess Hinata. I mean sheesh, not everyone is going to win (except me here, mwuhahahaha), so cheer up. I should be somewhat upset that in order to get it, I need to subscribe one of them. Seeing incredibly Shounen Jump USA is, I'll go with neon alley. At least I can see it on Xbox.

At times like these... I wish College hours didn't make applying for a job impossible :/
But as I stated earlier, I'm pretty okay with waiting

If I get Neon Alley for $6.99 for 1 month, will I get all 5 of the dlc? And how? Code to email or something?

As I said before, content exclusivity by country doesn't work, especially for titles that is considered for world release.
What's Happening with the Naruto series as of now!

We just have to wait and see. I'm just glad we, USA, get school Sakura.

Pokemon does this all too well and if we're lucky, they might not even charge for them (though I doubt it since they did in the first Ultimate Ninja Storm)

Ooooh no... it looks like the story mode is exactly the same as it was in Storm 2.

Except it's gonna be longer. I do miss the limited free roam we had in Ninja Storm 1 though

For me it's woohoo but some people do prefer the free roaming fully explorable Konoha that was in Storm 1 and the Ubisoft games (Rise of a Ninja and the Broken Bond) and although I can't speak for the Ubisoft games I've never played them I much prefer the more linear pseudo rpg style of Storm 2 to a lifeless 3D Konoha with nothing to do in it that was in Storm 1.

I like rise of a ninja the most. Storm 1 was nice but it felt flat as there's hardly anything to do. Storm 2 felt right to me, so I am happy for that.
