LOL, it's funny how this thread got revived due to Wednesday's chapter. I guess we just need to reassure ourselves, huh?

I guess it don't think it's likely we'll lose, but it's always a possibility. Since the premise of the manga and the "Will of Fire" concept sort of rule out the possiblity of an unresolved ending, the only reasonable way we could lose the shipping war would be if SS or NH happened. Since both pairings are incredibly one-sided, I doubt either one of them will come to pass. However, there's always the possibility of Kishi pulling a rabbit out of his a** and making Sasuke turn a 180 and display romantic affections toward Sakura for the first time in 500+ chapters. Which seems way too OOC obviously. As for NH, I don't see that happening unless SS does, and then the whole MinaKushi comparison would sort of be wasted.
So I don't think we'll lose, but if we did, I guess I'd get a little frustrated at having misinterpreted the manga, question Kishi's style, eventually conclude that he has no idea how to write romance into an action manga, and get on with my life.

Completely agree with you on the "Question his writing style" and al that. That's what I did with JKR, but Kishi's been hinting too much at NaruSaku for me to doubt it won't happen. This time, I just KNOW they'll be together, no matter how misleading he tries to be.

After many hard, frustrating, and angry time, I've finally come to 100% agree with your statement. I've been so down and doubtful at times to the point where I wanted to ditch the manga and was really pissed at Kishi, but after some logical thinking and the help of fellow NaruSaku fans and my own hope, I've come to fully trust in this couple and the fact they'll succeed. I will see these two through to the end! It's a loss on Kishi's part if he doesnt follow through.

Hello everyone, first time poster and fan of this pairing since whenever. If we do lose and the pairing does not happen, let's just hope that they at least maintain the best friend status because you can't force that kind of chemestry that they have, even in real life.

Mainly after having already been call by all kinds of nice names on my blog and in brazilian communities by the SS and NH people. If these people are right I'll be really humiliated.

well, it's gonna make me sad if Narusaku won't happen

I think the bad ending is no romantic happen -> naruto and sakura keep will be the best friend, with sasuke's death or not

and the worst ending is Naruhina happen!!

for me, it's ok if naruto and sakura keep be friend, but if naruhina happen, I will stop like this manga, LOL
