Anyone have tabs on SS, I wanna hear their side/reaction
I don't know if it's allow here to say those. I would say that the anti vs. pro is going wild back in NF. That's all I can say.

Okay so a while ago, I decided to see how some others beyond this site treated the Sakura fake smile from this chapter, all I can say is, there are theories that I just cannot agree with anymore. There have been some logical theories similar to what we thought and I can agree but there are just somethings I really need to disagree with. Note this is not bashing or making fun of other theories, I am simply explaining that these are theories I find impossible or just "too far out of the way."
One theory that caught my attention: Sakura is planning something with Sasuke. This is just one I cannot agree with or even envision, after giving the alliance a speech in 630 (without Sasuke present) about how she from her own experiences knows not to just let Naruto do everything and told the other shinobi that they needed to help too in anyway possible, it just makes no sense to me, how and just why after all this would Sakura in like 5 seconds somehow have a plan with Sasuke? What sense could she have to just switch immediately? I don't see this happening.
Another one: She still loves him, she is going to plan something and betray Naruto. Another one I highly disagree with, especially after the land of iron, I really don't see why she would be ready to pull some sudden switch as some speculate. Unless Sasuke attempting to kill her was a method of passing a secret code to betray Naruto at some time, well this is just impossible to me. Sakura has gone to support and advocated with Naruto much more these past few chapters, I just cannot see her doing this. Really to me, after her own shortcomings, she is not going to do something foolish as some may be expecting.
There are others but theories like this, I just have to disagree with. To me, Sakura having seen Sasuke's actions, disagreement with Naruto to free the other tailed beasts, and having heard Sai and Jugo, along with Sai asking her, well its hurt Sakura is all I can say. In my opinion what Sakura did and what Sai did, her words sounded sincere and true, the tone was saying and sounded like it was all okay but Sai knew that she was in reality lying and underneath it hurt and anticipating something bad could happen between Naruto and Sasuke. After seeing them reunite for a short time it did bring her joy and she was happy for the time they were united again but sad to see that despite his choice to aid the alliance, he is still stuck in darkness. To me Sakura knows that Sasuke's actions and what he is still going to do may hurt others in the end, in this case it may again put her in a very tough spot, but if she learned anything from the land of iron and what she herself spoke of (630 more or less was because of her experiences after the conflict with Sasuke that allowed her to give that speech to the alliance). I and many others suspect Sakura to not act alone this time with Sasuke, rather she most likely will support Naruto and help him in any way she can physically, mentally, or even just simply having faith. Sakura learned what Sasuke became last time and nearly died, she is not stupid and I believe she won't act foolish again. Perhaps this coming darkness with Sasuke will build upon 540. I and many other NS fans however feel that because of 631's Sakura-Kushina event and now this, well simply put, we feel that the love chain of Hinata->Naruto->Sakura->Sasuke->evil deeds, will turn to something like Hinata->Naruto->Sakura-/-Sasuke->evil deeds. the "/" meaning a shift or most likely the maturity phase for Sakura when it comes to dealing with her ideals on Sasuke and that her oldest mentality trait will finally change in a way. In the end we expect it to go become Hinata-?-Naruto-><-Sakura-Sasuke-> new goal in life. I say ? for hinata because she still has a bit of a scattered position right now, not many story elements to wrap up with her, don't know what else can majorly come aside from a title of clan leader or gaining confidence to stand on her own or at least learning of the feelings Naruto has for Sakura. Sasuke will be redeemed but he is still doing bad stuff for now. Sakura I still see only just being friends again with Sasuke and forgiving him by Naruto.
In short though, many like me personally feel that these past few weeks with 631 and 635 may have simultaneously empowered NS and weakened NH and SS. Still a lot of stuff needs to come for NS but some of the stuff is starting to take shape like how Sakura feels about Sasuke, will she keep the same trait and view of him till the end or will it change? For NS how long would the shift take, could we still possibly get a forehead compliment revisit or Sakura asking Naruto how he feels about her? etc. We can see a few things but many others are left open. Still just to me and many of us, NS is in a very good position right now.

I can't believe it, but someone actually said that Naruto might go with Sasuke's plan to kill all the bijuus, because it might bring peace... I mean... no, just no.
http://www.youtube.c...h?v=BNsrK6P9QvI
For one, look at Naruto's face when Sasuke opposed him. I don't think he looked like he would be the least bit accepting of Sasuke's plan to kill all the tailed beasts he had made friends with.
http://www.mangapand...m/naruto/635/14
I can't see Naruto just saying, "Yeah, ok Sasuke, you may be right. Here, I'll help you destroy all my friends now." It just isn't logical.

Ahhhhhh I'm so pumped for the next chapter!!! It seems most of us think Sasuke has a plan up his sleeve.
Reguadless of Sasuke's fate, good or bad the one thing I do not want is him doing something terrible and then Sakura saying "oh I can't love him" But rather some moment (I can't think of right now) between Naruto and Sakura, where she will realize that she "doesn't nor actually ever have loved sasuke" instead has "always loved Naruto"
Seeing how Kishi had Sakura already say she cant love sasuke because hes a criminal and then showed she still has feelings for him (lover ninja) i have faith that it will play out like outlined above.
Now what this moment/s is or how long it will take I have no idea, but my guess near the end.
Bolded part. Yeah! Thats what it looks like to me, following the story line it just makes sense

I personally think this SS day are out number because of the potential Sasuke clinging to darkness again. They want Sakura to plan something with Sasuke and betray Naruto and her nation. We all know this would degrade Sakura's character if Kishi chooses this course. The fake smile was to conceal her mourning emotions.

What a day today. First, the beginning of SS death and now, Xbox One has changed the policies. Man, I am so happy.
But yeah, if Sakura is not happy, then this pairing needs to end. I'm sorry but I can't see her like this anymore. Who's with me?
Me, me, me!

Lol someone said that Sakura will betray Naruto and on top of it will join Sasuke cause they have something planned. Lol thats the most outlandish thing i have eve heard.
Again hahah someone thinks Naruto will kill the Bijuu's....never! He'd probably rather seal all ten in himself.

It's not even that she doubts his intentions, as she's not the only one.
It's that her feelings for Sasuke brings her so much pain. If they become a pairing, they will have a lot to overcome. But since I don't think they had a deep enough connection to start with, it's not worth it. Sakura stopped his curse seal in the forest of death and filled his lonely existence, but I've never seen him make her smile. Naruto does that unconsciously.
This and 540 is enough for me. Kishi must end it soon. Especially since we now know Sasuke has no intentions on being a good boy again.
bthug, I think we should stay away from these kinds of posts. Don't mock other fandoms, lol'ing at them and calling it outlandish. :/ Remember Smiter's thread.

It's just a good day for me too following the new chapter and xbox one changes, but on the subject of Sakura being happy, its Naruto, she knows he makes her happy.
One of the reasons I like NS is how they act selfless and try to keep each other from being sad, if NS has a reoccurring theme, its protecting each other in any form they can. I mean with SS well, there is still the issue of Sasuke still not having apologized to Sakura about nearly killing her twice. That just does not sit right with me. I can see SS becoming less likely then ever now, merely because others are doubting him and madara may take advantage of this like a "join me luke, and we can rule together!" type of deal
To me, the state right now is NS is fine, NH is in limbo (mainly because Hinata is out of the focus for most reasons right now), and SS is in danger. If Sakura does turn away, thats it, game over for SS. I mean Sakura should be friends with him in the end but I still see her going to Naruto. Somehow I feel it would be awesome to see Hashirama have Naruto, Sakura, Minato, and Tsunade follow him into battle, I mean all are associated in a way that makes it perfect. Hashirama is the hokage and started the will of fire, Minato and Tsunade have the techniques Naruto and Sakura respectively have, both were hokages, Naruto wants to be hokage and Sakura is the disciple of a hokage. This is just an insane correlation team up that fits just too well. I would literally be speechless to see a scene with these 5 fighting together it would not only represent generations and family but also inheritance and wills passed on, I mean both Naruto and Sakura in essence has stuff passed on from Hashirama.

@Inferno 180
Now a days the level of desperation has no limit, I mention this before, you have to be really naive to believe Sakura will betray Naruto to go along with Sasuke's plan, it this is not going to happen and the sooner you realize it the better you will feel about yourself when the Author introduce what he has planed the whole time.
I don't want it to sound like Bashing but SS is becoming more and more desperate.

Inferno, I agree so much!
Because they don't only try to protect eachothers lives and safety, but their emotions as well. When Naruto sees Sakura sad, he cheers her up, the other way around too. They've done this since chuunin exam, I remember Sakura wanting to cheer Naruto up there. ^^
It's not even romantic, which is perfect, it just illustrates that they have a deep bond.

Now before I respond I do not want to it sound assertive or yelling at you or w.e the case may be. I understand where your coming from and I understand we were notified about bashing, but I really really dont think that my post is anywhere near bashing. I mean bashing seems to be a very harsh and aggressive niether of which I was. Also Lol'in as you know its just part of leet speak so I mean no harm also I specially used outlandish because the thoeires I was was responding about comes off as a bizarre or strange, no way is outlandish similar to some other hurtful and disrepectful ways some ppl approch other posts (certainly not on this website, I mean other sites. )
Also ppl seem to be on the edge after the bashing warning, but I still feel ppl should be allowed to express their opinions and critque others, thats just my take.
Anyway u make a great point about how Naruto makes Sakura Smile unconsciously.... He does that so many times, it really is something.

I think your post resembled Smiter's example, "lol's they're so delusional". It might be a joke, but people take it seriously.
We should just let it go though, cuz I'm not a mod. XD It's just my opinion.
About the last part, yeah I really find it sweet. When he sleeps she looks at him and smiles adoringly, just an example. :3

Just a random thought, but does anyone here wonder what Ino's sentiments are on the matter of Sasuke's ulterior motives? Sakura is not the only character who has expressed amorous devotion to him and the fact that Ino continues to maintain feelings of her own has been brought up in the past for discussion. Does she begrudge or mistrust Sasuke because of his actions in the past? It appears as if Ino either doesn't fully comprehend the enormity of the crimes that he has committed or she does understand what he has done but is currently in denial of that reality. The tears she shed twenty chapters ago, her startstruck reaction to his appearance on the battlefield, and the ignorance she has displayed regarding Sakura's conversation with Sai which Shikamaru could overhear would corroborate with qualities of both theories being the truth behind what she feels at the moment.
Does anyone here believe that Ino's romantic sentiments for Sasuke will be put into question as well as he alienates himself from the Alliance?

Thats what makes it great, I mean when all the issues are resolved in the war, before the edo hokage are released, it will be due to one thing, they know the future of the leaf and the ninja world will have a safe future with naruto and his friends. If any scene would be truely emotional it would be Naruto having to say goodbye to Minato. I can only wonder how Sakura would act towards him there or just be silent and happy for him. Still if there is future downtime like Naruto being able to talk to the Hashirama, I can see some more funny stuff like him going, "Heh Sakura the first hokage thinks I'm a great ninja." Only for Sakura to give him a small smack and say, "Yeah you are powerful but you still act like a fool." That would just put on more of the comedy we know of.
Just with Tsunade healed, i would kill to see a scene with Hashirama, Minato, Tsunade, Naruto, and Sakura, its insane how much association is within these 5, this is not going by just blood or who trained who or who even spoke to each other, its just by who came out to be associated with others. Heck Minato can get another Kushina reminder thrown in if we see more.
