I'm looking forward to see Sakura fighting in the movie as well as freaking out with AU Sasuke. Maybe Kishi will make her reject Sasuke crushing SS for good (doubt that will happen but one can dream. )

It looks like we will finally get to know Sakura's role in the movie, and why Kishi decided to put her in the genjustu world with Naruto.

Let's hope we get some info while waiting for next week. Seems like everyday we get new info. Small or big.

One thing is certain is that Sakura is there, so Kishi can finally create a scenario where her heroism will play. At least, that's what I'm hoping for. After all, the script have her in battle along Naruto and the gang (not sure who but maybe his parents). I really hope she will kick arses. It will make me happy since Shippuuden movie 3.

Lets hope he made Sakura a main character in Road to Ninja with the intent to do her justice. Her time to retake the spotlight has been long overdue.

I think he likes all the characters he has created, some more than others obviously. But I do think he does likes Sakura a lot, he just probably couldn't find time to expand her character more in the manga. Maybe this movie is him making up for it.

Man!! the motion comic looks awesome and looks even better than the anime itself!!! here's hoping someone uploads it!!

No kidding, looks better and I think conveys the dramatic elements of the story better too.

Kinda late in chiming in here, and it might have already been mentioned, but isn't 'menma' a type of ramen topping? I think I remember some Part I Filler Character who Naruto named Menma for that very reason. Since Jiraiya said he got the name for the hero of Tales of a Gutsy Ninja from a ramen topping, maybe Menma received his name from that same character, only given a different name in this world.

Also, about Menma having a girlfriend, wouldn't AU-Sakura be the most likely candidate? Azure's post from a few pages back made it sound like he achieved all his dreams in this world, so it'd make more sense if he started dating the girl he's always been in love with. Though it would also be interesting if he was dating Edo-Hinata, just to see how Earthland Naruto reacts.

Right on! heh. But yeah a girl would be more fun to the story, since Shikamaru has vowed to be the kid's teacher. A tsundere girl would be the perfect. There's besides there's already a Sarutobi clan boy in the rising generation- Konohamaru, Asuma's older sibling's child. There needs to be a Sarutobi clan girl in the rising generation too. Kurenai and Asuma's baby is adorable. That's a good sized baby too, not a newborn, probably older than 3 months old anyway, as Kurenai isn't supporting it's head.
