Same. I tend to like debating and seeing other viewpoints if they're intelligent and fair-minded. I just have a low tolerance for debating with bashers or people are so biased they twist the manga to the point they omit scenes that actually happened. I can debate to a point, but eventually I just get tired of it and leave the argument. Debating can be fun at first, but there comes a point when all it will give you is headaches. You just keep going around in circles and you're rarely ever going to change the other person's mind.

 

I've actually been pretty mellow about the pairing debates since 631. I used to be pretty intense about it and I rant every now and then, but it just feels unneeded now. NaruSaku just ended on such a strong, pairing-heavy note in 631 with the MK/NS parallel that it's almost like there's not much of a point debating about it any more.

 

That doesn't mean it's canon, but you can't blame me for getting the unnecessary vibe.

What are you talking about?! Naruto and Sakura being soulmates was established way back in chapter 3 with the forehead compliment during the bench scene.

Not really. The message was more or less the person she really wanted attention from was Naruto, she just didn't know it was him.

Even to this day I can't believe Naruto said absolutely nothing about the whole destiny/reincarnation crap when he meat the Rikudou.
He just accepted it like he already knew everything from the very beginning.

I remember the butthurt on MAL when people started saying that Neji was right when he said "that people cant change it's destiny"

Naruto was destined to succeed despite being a loser and he explained it though Ashura's past by explaining because he was a loser he had to rely on his friends and got stronger.

The themes in this story are a joke anyway. The bonds, the hard work/genius, and the cycle of hatred. It's sad.

Assuming it's legit, I'd think that if it's been around a while I would have heard it before and it'd come up in a lot of debates.
