lol My brother likes Pokemon. Watched a couple episodes with him at different times. Too dumbed down for me. I like the games, though.

 

Liked the show as a kid, but Pokemon gets a bad rap in some of the Christian community and my mom didn't approve because of that. She's more okay with it now, enough that she got my brother his game.

Whenever I used to watch pokemon, I feel like i'm watching the same kitten over and over again.

Yeah Pokemon XY season 17 Ash is still 10 years old still with Pikachu and apparently the girl that Ash is traveling with likes/has a crush on him

Lol. It's funny because I saw a post that reads:

"No, you're a filler character."

I actually believed that I would see all the guys Ash met in Indigo Saga, including that broken Sandshrew. Nope...

I only ever remember watching the first series (before my mom made me stop) and then a couple years ago watched an episode of B&W on TV. (My brother had me watch an episode pr two from the original series more recently.)  So I don't know much about the plots, if any even exist.

But seems pretty obvious they'll never have Ash become a pokemon master. xD I guess they just keep rehashing the same stuff hoping to catch new generations of viewers?

He can destroy a ship that's half an islands size. He's pretty damn powerful, but he still has a long way to go. 

 

Edit: He trained under the pirate kings second commander. So yeah... lol
