sasuke is like a fusion of Kurapika + Rugawa from Slum Dunk.

naruto is like the typical hero of the story, stupid but good, like goku, hanamichi sakurachi, etc..

 

Kishimoto said that he was inspired by the rivality between Sakurachi and Rugawa for Naruto and Sasuke.

DBZ=Naruto haa!?I don't know about Chichi but from what i've seen Chichi and Hinata are nothing alike.And having paralels with an other manga couple is seriously sad.At least we have our paralels for our couple in Naruto.Ugh

 

 

Btw I wonder was Hinata looking for Naruto with her golden byakugan when she had missions.She has a mission but she suddeny thinks about him and searchs of him.

But you can't judge her performance solely on the DB the manga its what matters the most not the DB besides when it comes to the powers feats and such the DB is inconsistent in some parts to . The manga is the original work and you should take the evidence from there and judge the character by what the manga shows for example   you can't say that Naruto is able to pull a Chidori or is good in Genjutsu just bc the DB "says it"  you have to at least have some basis  confirmation/evidence for that shown in the manga in order to claim that  , side character or not its not an excuse for that it just means that she's not so relevant to the story as a whole after all how many side characters we had who has shown amazing feats in just a panel or two ?

 

It doesn't take to much to do that  but yet again Kishimoto in the manga presents Hinata like this he has shown her focus on Naruto is doing more harm for her then good that she doesn't think to much and as an evidence we have Sakura reprimanding her for her actions we have no evidence outside of this that she has some batlle smarts , so I rather believe in  this what the manga shows and presents then those "feats" that I don't even know how much accurate they are in the first place.

I agree with you, Naruto manga doesn't show too much about her abillities, we didn't know that she can do the things she were doing on the war, but if she's capable to do that, then she has improve herself. You need to apply the stats to the manga and then you would understand it more and it would be "more credible". This is what i'm trying to say: Sakura--->Genjutsu:3.5. We don't see Sakura being able to "apply" genjutsu. But i think Kishimoto is talking about her potential on this. An example: On the chunnin exams, mostly everyone falled down sleep. Sakura realises of it. And if we talk about how Genjutsu works it seems to fit perfectly with her: Genjutsu techniques are the illusion techniques of a ninja, they normally require hand seals. (Sakura hand seals: 4) Genjutsu will use hypnotism to cause hallucinations in others. By causing such illusions they can cause their target mental pain and suffering just as real as physical hurt. Genjutsu is created when a ninja extends their chakra flow through the cerebral nervous system of their opponent to control their minds chakra, thereby affecting their five senses. (The application is similar to medic ninjutsus) Genjutsu are an advanced intellectual Ninjutsu. Genjutsu attacks usually require a lot of skill, and, if performed incorrectly, will not work. Genjutsu is most often used by ninja with very precise chakra control and very high intelligence.

We're past that chapter and btw you really don't know if it will happen in the end because your not the author of the story Kishimoto is the author, meaning you don't write the story so therefore he knows what will happen in the end.

I know exactly who you're talking about. I got into a debate with her after the whole Sasuke grabbing Sakura thing. She actually told me that Naruto hasn't had any feelings for Sakura since part 2 began, and all I could do was lol at that since we all know that isn't true.

And there have been situations for when she could have showed this , when they were chasing Itachi again she failed Pain she failed etc , for crying out loud she managed to pull the 64 palm after Neji's death when Neji was able to that in P1 the only improvement she has is in Taijutsu/Ninjutsu . What you trying to do is convince me  that by the DB she's "very Intelligent one and has speed" but again there is no basis for this in the freaking manga . Again it has to at least have some "basis in the manga" for her feats in this department to be true .

What you were trying to say to me is no different then what I'm saying to you , we don't know what she's capable until shown and so far she hasn't and regressed in that department  the manga has shown all of the rookies abilities there was a time when this was shown in the war  so there is no excuse for this really .

 

Applying Genjuts feats does not mean casting Genjutsu only it also releasing it , we have at least Sakura shown to have affinity in it by releasing a bunch of people out of it when she was 12 so yeas Sakura has some "basis" for her feats where are Hinata's for her battle intelligence and speed ? You can't convince me in something that has absolutely no basis in the manga and the only feat she did in this war is completing her 64 palm not much of a feat  .
