Guys this is something that I really want to ask as I'm not sure on the information, I heard that after Kishi is done with Kakashi he will be doing Sakura is this true as I heard this somewhere?

He said that at Jump Festa 2008. He said a "huge event will happen to him [Kakashi]," now that could either be referring to his death in the Pain arc or Obito's reveal, just happening a few years later than he expected. But yeah, he said he would write about Kakashi and Sakura after he wrote about Sasuke. I don't know if what he had in mind about Sakura at that time already played out in the manga, but probably, so don't get your hopes up about Sakura getting some spotlight.

Yeah I think it might have to do with what happened in the LOI arc, that was probably the "spotlight" moment he was talking about.

 

But because of how confusing he made it, he ended up pissing and confusing everyone off and was shocked to find that this little arc he gave Sakura where she was meant to be seen a heroine ended up looking to the fans like a "manipulative girl who tries to kill the one she loves and uses the other ones love for her to lite to him"

 

Honestly I don't know why Kishi just didn't have a character explain Sakura's real intentions through monologue as oppose to keeping silent about it and saying his real intention in the 09 interveiw

 

That's why i'm starting to think that was his original intention but decided to roll with what everyone viewed it as and just retconned it.

lol like Kishi will ever give Sakura the level of treatment that Naruto, Sasuke and Kakashi have. It happened year ago, but never again.

But what about her determination to rescue Sasuke and the eyesmex that followed? That counts

Its because its the most recognizable anime in America right next to Pokemon, Sailor Moon and Speed Racer in kitten

 

and is the most popular out of all of them, a large majority of NH fans are American, you see where i'm going with this.

I'm american but I don't support NH

 

I've never watched DBZ, but I don't get why NH/SS fans use that against us.

Tbf this seems to be the fate of every character other than Naruto. Sasuke has it even worse. He often gets trolled/humiliated. He is the no.1 'damsel in distress' of this manga. This one always cracks me up

I know. The inconsistencies is just terrible writing. But I'm talking about from within team 7 only. Sakura does seem to be the third wheel in terms of spotlight. Naruto is gonna get his share since he's the protagonist, no matter how much I wish this wasn't the case. Sasuke too since Naruto is always chasing after him and is Kishi's favorite. Kakashi gets his share every now and then, especially with the whole Obito fight that he played a pivotal part in.

 

I can say with confidence before this war even started that Naruto, Sasuke and Kakashi were gonna get huge spotlights. I could never do that with Sakura.

Haha, gearing up for a podcast, only to find out there is none. No chapter, no podcast. I don't even know what I did for the week. It passed by so quick.

Yup. Now that Schiano is gone you guys might actually make the playoffs. I took at look at your schedule and it ain't looking good towards the end.

Yeah, not to mention the fact that we still have to get out offense straight. It's bad enough just the schedule alone, but when our offensive line is underperforming, it's gonna make for a hard time.

One of the worst things I have come across from an NH/SS shipper (besides the Naruto doesn't respect Sakura and that he doesn't love her anymore and all that garbage) is that if NS were to happen, Sakura wouldn't be able to give him the love that Naruto needs, because she would be thinking of Sasuke the whole time, while Hinata could give him the love that he "needs".

Also the same person implied that Naruto has some sort of obligation to screw Hinata and have a kid with her, because Neji was powerful and he died, so Naruto has to replace Neji with a powerful child to restore the clan.

Needless to say, I was disgusted by both arguments. Anyone else?

Hinata is shy and unconfident, that doesn't mean she's not smart. I never see her as airheaded. Kishi said on the databook that she has more potential than she shows, maybe this will be not the same (ever) as Nejis, but she has.

And she needed to have that speed because her taijutsu demand it. Sakura was one of the slowlest shinobis.
