I think I pinpointed what looks off about Naruto's new design, apart from the hair.

 

It's the eyes they have the same shape but have been made smaller for a more mature look, I assume, and it just doesn't look that good.

Kishi should have gone the gutsy ninja way and change his eyes shape for more almond shaped ones, which is another way to convey maturity and would have given him a more bishi look.

I can understand it for completely flat girl like Karin, but Sakura has B-cup and it's a perfectly respectable breast size.

It's juvenile.  There's always someone who will find a way to insult a part of the body that a person can't help being born with.  Big=Whore Small=Inadequate.

 

Plus I also think that people who feel like stating their opinion on someone's breast size is no better.
