It was kind of weird how they left that out with his longer hair, but oh well. Not a big deal to me. He'd still look hotter in the manga. I wished we qould have seen the Elite 10 animated though... I was worried that we won't get a season 3.
About Sorina: We might get something for Christmas ;) Right now, in the manga, it's November.
Oh, the little chapter is just sexy bikinishots lol. We also know now the height, the bloodtype, bust-waist-hip ratio (Nikumi for the win, lol), and birthday. It looks like Erina is the youngest out the bunch? Which is weird cause I thought she is already 16... (japanese school years start in April).

I've heard a lot of people talking about this possible Sorina Christmas thingy on mangahelpers but I still don't get it, I mean from where did this info come from!? Did the author said something via twitter again!!? .

Oh, it's just speculation. I mean, oftentimes mangakas use Christmas time to introduce some major plot development or let two characters become closer. Or maybe, Tsukada ia gonna be a troll and just skipped Christmas time, imao. Now that I think about it, technically all the Polar Star students are gonna go home during this time... Erina is gonna be all alone.

Well it depends on how long the exam arc is gonna take. I would LIKE a Christmas moment between the two of them though and then they are seen together by Mayumi which will cement it even further. Hmm but then there's the problem that Mayumi saw Ikumi earlier though

I dropped off it for a while but a month or so ago, went through the chapters and caught up. Gave the anime a shot but waiting for more eps before I commit to it.

Now Now Girls don't despair look at it from a positive side, For example they are already in Hokaido its already winter there (or almost winter I think!?) they already had their romatique moment there in the train looking at those beautiful stars (   ) so maybe they'll have their x-mas moment there or maybe Soma Boy will notice that Erina has no place to go and invite her to his Yukihira kitchen   (maybe even bring Hisako for a double date  ) . See problem solved!!! .

I wonder if Erina is gonna end up going against Soma since she's part of the elite ten and it would be a fun plot twist, of course she wouldn't want to but would be force, also we may find out about her mother!!

Well its possible with the recent developments and if the PSD dorm mates lose in their Shokugekies and get expelled maybe Azami can take control over her while she's in despair but all of that would go against her development imo  .

About the newest chapter: There's no freaking way that Megumi and Takumi can defeat Rindou w/out help from another ex-Elite 10 member. I'm pretty certain that Isshiki will show up to hep his kouhais.

I did NOT expect Alice's dad to look like that... The design is rather silly. The last time I was that irritated with a character's hairstyle and eyebrows was with Noctis in the upcoming FF game and Mako from The Legend of Korra, respectively. Anyways, characterwise I like the dude, imao. I'm surprised to see he's 43... His sister, that is Erina's mom, must have been several years younger than him. Seeing how Erina is considered the heir to the Nakiri family, her mom must have been really talented to snatch away the heir position from her older brother.

In general it'd take a miracle (a**pull) for any of the other rebels to win against an Elite 10 member, it's not just with Takumi and Megumi

That is, if each of the rebels is really going againt the Elite 10.

I like SnS, too. It's prob one of favorite ongoing ones right now. But this arc is such an utter disappointment when it comes to Azami (and the whole damn central system), but also beautiful when it comes to Erina's development. Azami could have been a good villain, but he just comes over as one of those cliche 90s villains, lol. I'm also disappointed with the actions of the Elite 10. The only thing I'm hoping for is the needed flashback of the Golden days which explain why Jouichirou has left Tootasuki. But we have those beautiful chapters of Erina and the Polar Star dormmates celebrating and hanging out together. Chapter 175 with the starry sky was so far the cheery on the top for me. For some reason, I enjoy SnS as a slice of life series more right now...
Noeuvelle is really good. The author finally came back after a year lol. I like how Soma is the more "aggressive" one in the story.
Also, Soma is gonna get pneumonia for sure lol. It's winter, he's wet, and has no shirt. He's gonna get expelled cause he became sick XD

I dont mind the whole Azami thing, especially because it helps give Erina more depth. I don't think he's a terrible villain, as opposed to just being an annoyance.

The latest chapter of Nouvell was really good, I can't wait to see what happens when he meets with Erina.

Yeah most likely. I believe that in general inheritance  is giving to who was born first naturally but if taken into consideration one's ability that exeeds the rest then they are heir by default

Yep :) Not able to be as active as I once was (full time work and working on getting a TV pilot funded   ) but I'll be around again.

 

Thanks for that, I'll definitely get on that. Was hoping for more Erina x Souma moments in time for the second season but can't say I'm disappointed by the manga

Haha, you know me too well    I was stoked. Got me a little greedy now though, hoping to see some more chapters that follow what was established in that most wonderful chapter.

No, I didn't meant like that, I meant in order to spite them so it would be challenge as a way to make conflict and see more of Erina's character
