QUESTION

Are the fans of NH/SS really liking this piece of kitten?

 

From what I've seen everyone is pretty disappointed. Another parallel with the Harry Potter ending. Both were hated.

I swear to god those kids look like they were drawn by a bunch of amateurs.

 

Their basically mash ups of their parents. Look at Sai and Ino's child.

There is no doubt with this comment that his editors made him change his original vision for the ending. Either way I am disappointed in him for giving in and won't accept any excuses that he comes up with.

Well, that pretty much confirms what I was thinking. He was forced to end it with NH/SS (whether by his editors or SP) and that's why he went out of his way to make it seem ridiculous. That's why he:
-Constantly showed Sasuke insulting Sakura, saying he couldn't care less if she died, specifically saying he had no reason to like her, saying (even to himself in his own head) that Naruto's his only friend and the only person he has a bond with ect.
-Having Kakashi say "Sakura's not trying or wanting to make you hers! She only wants to save you!".
-Going out of his way to make the last two chapters stupid and ridiculous (Garaa's hair, fat Anko, Sai an Choji's kids, Naruto's kids, Naruto of all people making his son feel lonely and neglected, then telling him to suck it up ect.)
-And even then leaving hints to show it's not what he wanted. Naruto (and most other people) not seeming very happy in life, Sakura looking even more like Kushina (Made her the same height in and gave her the same bangs in "The Last", and even gave her the hair clip in the epilogue), SS's kid lookin more like Karin ect.
It's like it was his way of saying "This isn't what I wanted, so I'll make it extra stupid and pathetic so people will realize it.".
So basically I just adds to my argument that 699/700 aren't canon and the NS was meant as end game right until the end.

I keep getting hate in my tumblr inbox. The kittening nerve, all these people ever cared about were pairings. I know a good portion of the general fandom is pissed, but there a some who don't even care and will let it slide because their ship is canon. Trash.

This kind of people leave me sick!

He didn't even show the bijuus. What is this end for god's sake ? As much the time is passing, as much I realise the enormous quantity of things he hasn't developed and that he should have developed in the end. It's not conclusive at all.

It's utter bullsh**.

I'm angry with myself because I'm so sad right now for this fictionnal story. But it's just too sad. This ending is not fulfilling at all. I would like to know the truth behind all this. Did Kishi really doesn't care ? Did he was forced ? Was he lacking time ? I just... meh

Form what I'v seen so far, in NB NF and also other french forums...yeah. I can say 90% are happy. Because they "won", no matter how.

But 95% of those who don't care about the pairings, they are not happy.

I was just getting to this now naruto should really understand why obitio hate the world hell even i hate it sometimes a good plot twist would been naruto turning evil after SS canon

more reasons on why I'm never going to read those 2 last miserable chapters. 

 

SS shippers are insulted that Sasuke is a deadbeat Dad. They didn't like that he wasn't at home or at least doing something with Sakura or their daughter.

 

NH shippers are the only one's content because they don't give a kitten about anything and I mean ANYTHING except that they were canon. Which is hilarious because in order for them to be canon the manga had to go down the level of this trash.

 

Also professional reviews are not giving good reviews to this ending.

I'm gonna bet that even though their ships stayed afloat, the logical minded within those fandoms still feel the ending unfulfilling due to its rushed nature.......

Unfortunately the majority of them have yet to attain a reading comprehension level surpassing that of Dr. Suess and have Bieber posters hanging on their walls....so yeah they're gloating and happy because ignorance is truly bliss.

the message of this series has been completely kittented on. it's not even about pairings at this point.

 

THIS. We NaruSaku fans cared about the whole story. All the other fans outside, NaruHina or SasuSaku. they are happy and they don't give a kitten about the remaining of the manga. They don't give a kitten about Naruto and Sasuke neglecting their kids, they don't give a kitten about Naruto working on a desk when he said he would be a different Hokage, they don't give a kitten about the fact Naruto loved Sakura all along, they don't give a kitten about the fact that the bijuus are nowhere to be seen in the end, we only see Kurama for one second. It's just all so rushed it's painful really.

This series last for so long, it deserved a longer ending, more conclusive, better done. Something better written, not rushed.

Pairings are like a miniscule part of the entire fandom. Anybody that wanted a good story just basically hated this ending.
