I think parallels have become a weak literary device in this series. It's part of the reason why I'm losing interest in NS.
 

You know what, scratch that, I'll take Minato/Sakura interaction now.

Well, we learned sarcasm, we learned that the next movie could be part 3 or not, Sakura keeps looking prettier, NaruSaku is in high shape, Obito trolled, Sasuke keeps us wondering why you even there, Minato reminds us that we want him again, and I believe we are in a contest to see which one of us has a bad weather.

Other than that, we're great.

That's nice. Kishi did another asspull with the whole Kakashi's susanoo stunt. I mean the guy barely has enough chakra for a full fledged kamui in one eye but all of a sudden he's able to conjure a full bodied Susanoo ??

Good lord. And why is Sakura being sidelined again ??

And yes, Sasuke needs to learn respect...

Everyone should be able to see that ns is the conclusion when it comes.to the former generations..it's way too obvious. Another ns parallel isn't necessary especially after minato's blessing

Not really a stretch, but like I said in my old post, we don't need it that much. I mean if we get it, we only remind the world that NS is your endgame, so good for us, but it's not that crucial. Though oddly enough, Obito, now in his youth and more charismatic, can follow up his claim from 685, but don't put your money on it.

Nah I wouldn't want that. Kiba is similiar to Naruto. That's somehow like admitting Hinata does fit with Naruto.
I'd like to see Hinata with someone who's calm and prince-like/ charming, caring and caressing but also cool. Maybe like Neji a bit..Who'd actually love her.

Its stretching it because we hardly know anything about Hashirama and Mito. What do either of those characters have to do with Naruto and Sakura? There's very little connection. Even Obito-Rin was touched upon more.

 

EDIT: Honestly like NH/SS fans say, some from our fandom are obsessed with the idea of romance parallels. This is not good. Mina-Kushi is good enough. There's no need to look at every male/female combination in the manga and claim it being a parallel to NS. We need not be that desperate because we have plenty of other BETTER evidences/hints from Naruto and Sakura themselves.

Yeah, a point there. I don't think it will be like shown that much exposure, but like I said earlier, you could just reference it. In fact, here's my update:

Not that we've seen at this point. I'm one of the ones that believe that something happened in Kamui land right as Naruto woke up, and that's being saved for later, probably for the peak of the Kaguya fight (which, it's safe to say, hasn't reached it's highest level yet). Also, it makes even more sense that something happened, and is even more plausible when you consider the fact that Naruto went out if his way to lecture Sasuke about thanking Obito and Sakura. Why do that to Sasuke when you haven't thanked them yourself?

Mhh ... I simply see them as close friends due to being on the same team. The thing is we have not much insight of their relationship whatsoever, so I'm not sure if I'd even consider them having a relationship which is like one of a brother and sister

Hadn't happened yet, but I have faith that it will. Kishi won't kitten that scene up like he's done the entire romance thing up to date.
