Nah I wouldn't want that. Kiba is similiar to Naruto. That's somehow like admitting Hinata does fit with Naruto.
I'd like to see Hinata with someone who's calm and prince-like/ charming, caring and caressing but also cool. Maybe like Neji a bit..Who'd actually love her.

I don't think we need Minato to say something NaruSaku-related. 631 was enough, anything more would hoping a little too much. 631 served it's purpose. There's also a part of me that wouldn't want Minato's last words to be pairing-related again. It should be just limited to saying goodbye to Naruto and talking to him as a father to son. Anything pairing-centered would sort of taint the beauty of that.

Well, the argument I'm having problems with is that Sai misrepresented Naruto's feelings by implying that Naruto was trying to save Sasuke out of desperate love for Sakura, and when Sakura confesses her feelings and tells him that the promise doesn't stand between them anymore, he says it has nothing to do with the promise and drops the promise like if it was nothing to him.

good point. but  i dont think naruto dropped the promise (at least when he said that in 469) for 2 reasons.  1st cause he closed his eyes when he said that . which means he hide something. ( like he made the promise to sakura he hid his feelings) . 2nd. at that moment naruto didnt believe. sakura when she said she is over sasuke.(weather she was honest or not. he knew something forced her to say this.) and he thought she still loves sasuke .  .so he didnt drop the promise at that time. am not so sure but if he dropped it . it might be when sai explain to him after that.

Technically, I don't disagree with him. I've made it clear that when I was first translating, I took the context and previous speech into consideration.

TakL always translate it very technically word to word and leaves the context vague. It's his translation style. So, I don't think he's necessarily wrong, and I would do the same thing if I had to translate under NF.

Well its definitely not gonna be a "be hokage" speech to Naruto, Obito already gave him one, that leaves another MK parallel.
 
I think it would be cool if he asked Sakura for confirmation on whether or not Naruto is her boyfriend since she didn't answer before and she actually confirms it.
 
Ofcourse this being an NS moment with Sakura giving a hint Naruto will either be out or for whatever reason not hear her say this.

It need not be pairing talk. I would love to hear Minato acknowledge Sakura for being a great friend and easing his son's pain of loneliness AND for being a great support in his son's times of need.

As for Minato, parallel may be only in mind exclusive, but that's really good enough. That said the interaction isn't out of option as they know each other already, and this battle has all of them in place, rather than before where they are separated with just Naruto, Sasuke, and Tobirama. Now, they all there in the same field, who knows what's next. Seriously, who knows what's next. Minato is the only guy that reads feedback from fans and deliver in the field.

I think parallels have become a weak literary device in this series. It's part of the reason why I'm losing interest in NS.

Minato knows bromance? Well, he can create a random character that Minato once fought an Uchiha and became best friends....Yeah.

Well, it's not like we need them, because the only time was in fact 631. Everything else is left for us until said otherwise. Not to mention, they most likely in the head of a character. We don't need like "You remind me of Kushina, so please be with Naruto" or "You're like Rin. So you must go with Naruto." Without them, I'm fine wit them. I don't recall a series saying that it's paralleled so you must do this, but many of them just acknowledge and let it he without forcing those people to do so.
