I'll give SP the benefit of the doubt. They've delivered greatly in some areas before in the anime. But, if they do anything to mess up 631, they can catch these hands

What happened there?

Dump all the budgets money on Hinata's confession and add pointless filler scenes. What follows in the very next episode is one the most horrendous animations I've seen from a professional animation studio. The Pain arc was highly anticipated when it was about to get animated. To see it get butchered the way it did made me avoid the anime completely.

Whats he gonna do about Hinata, since he's made Hinata's one and only goal Naruto and on top of that she set it up as something that she will accomplish after the war no matter what

Unlike LS, Hinata's whole character revolves around Naruto.

Its ironic in all respects that SP didn't go overboard with 615 in the anime a few weeks ago.

 

But yes like I said before, if anything were to occur with the timeskip in the coming movie, its just an excuse to set new things up completely having never occurred or existed in the manga, this goes especially for SS and NH.

 

With SP though, its a hard deal of how much will this go on? I mean part of this is just kishi's writing himself but even for the mess of the whole romance subplot being HInata's deals are unresolved and SS is just a total thematic failure at this point, at least there is a way to end it with NaruSaku in all reasons because of the development, the focus, and hints. Its funny how despite the mess, kishi could still pull NS and make the ending to this subplot have a lot of satisfactory results, hell Sakura doesn't need to get over Sasuke, it could work with her just loving naruto more and seeing sasuke as a friend she cares for, but loving naruto could still make sense.

 

I don't think it will be as bad tomorrow but SP needs to stop this Hinata here and there kitten, because in the manga beyond this point, she doesn nothing, nothing important or of significance. Literally she is just dreaming right now in the manga, its funny how NH fans said NS fans are in the genjutsu, well look whos laughing now, NH is literally happening in the genjutsu now and it doesn't interfere at all with the stuff of NS, in fact it doesn't even help it, it just further hinders development.

 

Otherwise I think things will be fine.

Heres the 6tails vs pain fight the rocks looks like cubes, pains face gets disproportional,the some of kyubbi fights looks like loony tunes cartoon and Hinata looks like glossed up grudge.

Ah... 166. I had to laugh about the whole episode.

 

Let's see what Pierrot added in:

 

* Hinata, Hinata, Hinata... remember, it was supposed to be a one-KO hit from Pain in the manga? It went to an actual fight scene...

 

* Someone mentioning (I think its LadyGT), that there was sparkling hair for Hinata.

 

* OH. MY. GOD. Her flashback... up to the eleven of Unacceptable: a target of the moe/lolicon look for the child, bullied by her peers... BULLIED by kids so that Naruto have to save the day... First off, who in their right minds messed with the heir of the Hyuuga clan?! Seriously, Studio Pierrot was trying to said that Hinata was bullied worse than Sakura (and Kushina before we found out about her life)! It was just plain ridiculous to watch. The only thing was correct was that her father mistreated her because of her very good-natured personality.

 

Basically: we were watching "I'm Mary-Sue!/Sailor Hinata and in the name of the moon, I shall punish you!"

 

One good point: No shock face value for Naruto after Hinata said her confession.

Do you realize how ridiculous huge the amount of NH fans are in the US? I wouldn't be surprised if Kishi pulled a "Marvel" and made a "what If" storyline with NH just so he could feel safe leaving his house.

As unnecessary as Hinata's extented fight with Pain was in the anime we have to remember that these are the same people that made a filler in which Naruto straight up said that he's still very much in love with Sakura and another in which they made Sakura say that she used to love Sasuke.

 

So even if Pierrot are big fans of Hinata's character they still push for NS
