Like maybe at some point Sakura needs to use almost all of her chakra to save someone or do make a definite blow and just when you think she's out of the fight comes Naruto to give her a chakra replenishing kiss on the forehead. Something like that?

LOL Also, it'd be crazy if this power up lead to her releasing another technique.  I guess her Byakudo will focus more on strength than healing, and it seems she's already passed Shizune when it comes to her skills though I've always figured this was the case in Part 2 to be honest.
