hypocritical too since naruto is nothing but a ripoff of of multiple different series' ideas. at least my hero academia is trying to be original and not copying every good shonen or franchise.

Heavily infleunced by Dragonball the most.

Naruto: Red and blue jumpsuit (Although changed to black)
Goku: Red and Blue Gi

Naruto even has a rip-off Super Saiyan form.

It is a bigger rip-off than Sonic the hedgehog

I bet another reason that people hate it is mainly because there is no Hinata character in there with big kittens that worships the main male and knows what her place it too.

 

But it's becoming more and more like this Boruto/Naruto fans see their Anime as perfect for one reason or another.

 

I think it stems from jealousy myself. Naruto went from being one of the hottest anime/manga around to being the epitome of what is wrong with the typical shonen show.  Talk no jutsu, underdeveloped characters, hero forgives because he's the hero, and of course mountains of anime filler. MHA spends it's time developing it's characters, the anime is filler-free and it's willing to deconstruct the shonen trappings Naruto embraced. That's why there are videos on youtube talking about the serious themes the show handles while for most people Naruto went into a massive downward spiral with a very divisive ending.

 

 

MHA has taken off in a big way, and it's writing is respected. They can only attempt to kitten on it like they did with Bleach.

It also helps when you don't base the show around pairings and give it to an anime studio that is not biased by characters....

It can't because its on a seasonal-type anime not all year long anime like Naruto and Bleach. Studio Bones ain't that crazy to pull that stunt.

That would not surprise me at least metal gear doesn't need those.

Yeah Kishi even admitted he always looked to other manga series for "inspiration"

 

 

Hell, I've heard people even accusing him these days of ripping off his twin brother's breakout manga 666 Satan for "inspiration" when he was writing Naruto. Which would be the perfect irony since Naruto fans used to claim that Seiji was doing the same(though Seiji definitely had more original ideas and a better sense of characterization, story-telling and plot development than his older twin).
