I bought it, just got home from college (went to the Minnesota History Museum where one of the exhibits are...underwear. Ranging from hot nightgowns ( ) to...granny whites. ( ) And now about to play it.

Short version. It's Borderlands with more melee and Left 4 Dead's multiple type zombies. Right down to the skill tree and 4 'specialist' characters you can choose. Or, a more serious first person Dead Rising where you can't pick up everything.

Screw it. Call it Left 4 Dead Rising

I like the game. Perhaps because I haven't played any of the above games. The multiplayer was a great idea too.

Logan here. I wish they'd release the patch though. I thought it was going to be day one. Having people steal my throwing weapons is annoying. Especially considering how much more rage I get for killing zombies with them...

The game also didn't autosave my progress so I have to redo some annoying quests and lost decent weapons....which would be all right if I could play with people since the game's so boring by yourself. The online multiplayer isn't working at all.

Multiplayer's been completely broken since about 4pm(CST) today. The games saves aren't working correctly either. It set me back from level 22 to 17... Not to mention the rare weapons I got in that time are gone. In other words, I agree completely on waiting for the patch now.

It's beyond stupid that multi-player/co-op is so broken on launch that you have to wait for a patch. I'll fully upgrade a sweet weapon, go into my inventory to equip it, and the damn new weapon I just spent a ton of money upgrading is just gone! D8<

And the fact that there is no option to save whenever you want or need to is just idiotic to me.

Well I couldn't get it soon since im trying to pay off my pre-orders for the games I really want. (Just bought madden 12 last week, paid for UC3 in full as well, working on FIFA 12 and Arkham City next...), but now hearing about all the technical failures , I'm really glad I didn't get it, I would get pissed off pretty easily about it. I hope they get things up to speed soon for you guys.
