Ser Barristen....is dead....Lord Eddard...is dead....Catylin Stark...dead...Robb Stark....dead....Oberyn Martyl....dead...Robert Baratheon...dead....Stannis's girl...dead.....Ygritte....dead....Mance...dead...Jon Snow....dead....what's happening in this show? The books....they are all crap!!! Burn them!!!! And at this point....I want to watch each and everyone burn....

Oh my dear, we still don't know a thing about Jon's fate and true parentage, but many believe he's the prince of ice and fire, and so how could he die? (Plus that betch of Melisandre is at Castle Black, so, for once, she could make herself useful in a non-princess-killing way). 

I suppose now we'll all have to wait for the next book which will hopefully come out in 2016. Or the new season. Still, I'd much prefer the book.

Fanfictions? Wasn't that how we consolidated ourselves when kitten happened in November? It is just for us....but what's established? Why can't we ever get things our way and ALWAYS have to settle with a silver or a bronze medal? Why not the gold?

Well, to be fair, George has been toying with his readers far longer than the series has been adapted to TV, way before it even became popular, let alone this popular. The first books were started in the early 90s, kind of when I was born. And he has always been a consistent sadist with his characters. 

Still, all things considered it's WAY WAY WAY better to have something like asoiaf (which is kind of in the middle between fantasy and history) than that puke-fest we had with Naruto. There will be no princess who gets all the fairy-tale she wants at the expense of others development and characters. Life is consistently kitten for everyone there. 

 

George has always been a sadistic evil mastermind, but at least he was consistent. There are no medals in asoiaf/GoT, only people who try to make it out alive. It's definitely something not suited for children, impressionable or tender-hearted people (unless one is masochist. Which I probably am...so whatves XD)
