Also, is it just a rule that there is a 4 month wait for a new name or is it actually impossible to do until 4 months have passed?

It's done.
We have the four month rule so we didn't get too much confusion from members changing their names all the time. "Is that a new member, or someone we already know?" it's hard to know if the nick isn't the same for longer than a week at a time.

I'm going to take a wild guess here and say that you wanted it to be "New Revolution" and not "NEW REVOLUTION", because the latter looks silly. Anyway, remember that it will be 4 months before you can ask for another name change.

It has been done. Wait four-ish months before changing your nick again.
It's not that we're that anal with the wait. We just put up the rule to avoid members changing their nickname all the time, because that would be confusing. So if you have waited for over three months, I don't think any of us would make a scene before changing your name. It's more like a guideline rather than a rule.
