I'm actually interested whether it says that she loves Obito now (IN THE TEXT, not in one picture). Because manga left it kind of ambiguous. I myself prefer to think that souls don't live on in afterlife like they lived in the real world while watching over those who were left behind. I prefer to think that after death in Naruto universe people meet projections of people who were precious to them, their avatars that are made from their memories of loved ones, the ones that lived in their hearts. Of course those avatars fulfill their wishes somewhat, because they are purely subjective entities, like Kakshi's father listening to his story and accepting his words or Rin loving Obito even though she died loving Kakashi. Though Edo Tensei might bring back real souls.

Hahahah no mine was a lighthearted comment, meaning that, yes she is in love with him but she's crazy and mostly her character is used for comic relief and that is that, no profound speculations and angsty moments like Hinata. Plus everybody knows she's crazy and many people (me included) like her for that fact. Her head is like a bag full of cats! You're right Sasuke doesn't deserve her love (plus I ship SuiKa so meh) as much as I love him, he deserves a good psychiatrist...
