Is there any confirmation that Naruto is on a break next week?

no, because that promotion from WSJ just ended in this week... it was a special promotion lasted 4 issues (4 weeks).

Well i also feel uncomfortable when there is hate toward Naruto's and Sakura's characters for no reasons but i take it  so why should Sasuke gets a free pass even here ? He gets that enough in the manga   

 

Every single power-up that Sasuke has, was giving to him for free. Because he's a good boy.

Also because he works so hard and because he "LOVES" to much OK

I realized ever since the chunnin exam that Kishi gives Sasuke way too much attention (even if it is to make Naruto look more like an underdog he still treated Sasuke more of a protagonist than Naruto)

throughout the entire chunnin exam arc Naruto felt like a side character while Sasuke was the star of the show every villain and rival (Orochimaru sound ni, Gaara, Neji even fellow underdog Rock lee) all were focused on Sasuke the entire exam. In the finales of the exam Kishi even gave Sasuke the cliché hero trope that is supposed to be for the main character (making all the side characters worry where he is while he arrives fashionably late in a really dramatic way) that's one thing I didn't really like about the chunnin exam arc, if you want to make Naruto an underdog that's great if you want to focus attention on another character to make him more involved in the story, great but how about atleast making him more likeable (seriously whenever Sasuke wasn't worshipped by nearly everything in the series armed with a kitten he treats his only comrades like crap which is why its so confusing why naruto and Sakura even cared about Sasuke to begin with the entire time he was gone it felt like someone trying to get back together with their alcolohic ex boyfriend which is why I wish this whole return Sasuke kitten ended with either the retrieval arc, the sai arc or at the very least the Itachi arc)

Obito and Sakura are in danger of being killled.  Madara only transporting is upper half isn't a consolation that they have a chance either.  I mean Madara's self regeneration is to be feared.  We saw him heal his entire left side after Gai's first major attack.  Regenerating his legs isn't farfetched at all.  Sasuke and Naruto won't be able to help either.  Sasuke can't cross dimensions, and Naruto can't use Hirashin yet.  Even if Naruto could use it, it doesn't work when the target is on another plane, and Obito's mark was erased once he became the Juubi's jinchuuriki.  Obito and Sakura are on their own.  Also, knowing how Kishimoto-sensei is methodical, I suspect this incident to take at least a full chapter.  It's not like Madara will take his eye back, transport back, and that will be a few pages or even half of the chapter.

 

Is Sakura just going to be curbstomped or protected, and that will be the end of that?  We have to consider  the major implications that Madara's cross into the Kamui dimension entails.  Madara will most likely get his other eye back.  That's obvious.  However, this is a chance for Obito to get his other eye back, and may be able to use Susanoo.  In addition, Obito is now Sakura's only way out that dimension, since Kakashi had his Sharingan eye ripped out.  However, since Madara is there, that makes all chances of sending her back nil.  Not just because he is in danger, but she is as well.  There are many ways that can prevent it.  On Sakura's end, Sakura dies, gets blown away by an attack hundreds of miles away, or just plain injured.  On Obito's end, he could take the bullet for Sakura, getting a black rod in him that prevents him from using his chakra;  kamui the black rod, allowing Black Zetsu to take over from the chakra loss; or he dies.  Either way, the way this event progresses will surely be a set up for another.  

 

In my opinion, Obito already got his redemption, by saving Naruto.  He also already got his confrontation with Madara as well.  There really doesn't need to be more done with him.  I even consider him living as a possibility, as Naruto wanted him to live to make up for his mistakes.  I'm more interested in what will happen to Sakura.  I see others have already relegated her as the damsel in distress, but will it be that simple?  I mean others also thought she wouldn't be put in anything relevant or life-threatening during the Madara battle, and now, we got this.  I can honestly see her trying to sacrifice herself to protect Obito, while he makes a jump out of the dimension with the Rinnegan. I can also see her getting gravely injured and tossed away from Madara's and Obito's location.  There are so many ways this can go.  Also, imagine how Naruto will react if he learns from Madara what transpired, or Obito comes back alone.  This is the perfect time to put Naruto in Obito's shoes to show even with experiencing the same thing Obito went through, he won't fall. 

 

When you think about the parallels, the Naruto/Obito and Naruto/Hashirama are truly the ones that matter compared to trying to parallel Sakura with Rin or Mito.  Hashirama's and Obito's love interest don't have to be paralleled to Sakura, in order to help our pair, or show consistency.  The only couple that Naruto and Sakura are and really need to be paralleled to is Minato and Kushina.  They are the pair that they need to surpass, and actually raise a family together.  When you compare Naruto with Obito and Jiraiya in regards to their love life, he just needs to surpass them in what they failed to do.  Sakura doesn't have to surpass anything regarding Rin and Tsunade regarding their love life.   I know some want the Rin and Sakura parallel, but it truly is unnecessary.  Kishimoto can spend that time developing Sakura's character.  I think he may do that with this twist.  Honestly, who expected this to happen?  Sakura dying or at the least gravely injured is very well within the possibility.   Even if she dies, like Naruto, she won't stay dead for long, because of her importance to the story.  There are still things left unresolved with her not trusting Sasuke, and wanting to support Naruto with his dream.  She still has things to do.  With this situation as the initial point of a series of events, Kishimoto can have Sakura come to term with her feelings and self-confidence issues, and even give her some kind of power-up.  At the least, I hope that happens.  Really, we don't know that much about the Kamui world, so simply her location can allow that that to happen.

 

I don't think Kishimoto-sensei had Madara appear like this just to make Sakura into a damsel in distress.  Before, she could hardly breathe when in his presence.  A part of her development may be in overcoming that.  I'm not sure.  However, really, if he wasn't planning to do anything with Sakura, Kishimoto could have just had Black Zetsu take over at the last moment, when she was about to destroy the eye, stop her, and then use Kamui to go to Madara, leaving her stranded, until Kakashi can go back for her.  He didn't have to expose her to danger like this.  I sincerely think Kishimoto-sensei plans to do something with her character.

But ultimately Naruto was the one who defeated Neji and Gaara so I guess that kinda makes up for it, right?
