Nice, Chatte, I'm glad you changed the page to say "White Strength Seal"    less forced and nicer than "Strength of the White".

Hopefully this will clear some details with people who say her seal is the yin seal.

Actually someone else made it even better.

I was the one who had the first translation but proposed this one as well but chose to do the first, dunno why. O_o

Ah, I tried to imply that it is not three years worth of chakra that she was putting in, but three years of a continuous amount! I tried to make it more understandable what she was doing in English ^^" and a few things are implied!

 

三年間チャクラを溜め続ける。。。　(Three years, she is continuously storing (keeping a storage of) chakra... So, she's amassing a whole bunch of chakra for three years, into one place). 

 

至極密なチャクラコントロール！(That's extremely (excessively) precise chakra control!)

 

The last part should be the same (The Byakugou-no-in that even I cannot do!)

 

**The reason why I use it like this is because on Japanese websites, they say that it is three years worth of chakra saving (however much she was storing constantly at one time) that is needed for the jutsu that Sakura was working on and will release for that jutsu. Three years is on purpose because Sakura had timed it to be three years according to how much chakra she needed. I hope that makes sense.

溜め is a noun here so it's referring to her seal
溜め続ける　keeping up an accumulation (of chakra). hope that's cleared up ^^" sorry!

 

but it doesn't matter for the translation, they all mean the same thing!

Even as Sakura fans, our own knowledge of this techique has left us with a few puzzled facts, mainly over these:

 

1. The translation- it means something different from Tsunades Yin Seal: Release aka Milotic Regeneration and Strength of 100. Sakura's seal has a different name and meaning.

 

2. The visual representation: Tsunade's seal gave us a clear distinction between the techniques, The Yin Seal once activated extended to covering only her head. The strentgh of 100 covered her whole body. With Sakura's being only the intial seal, most assumed it was the Yin Seal.

 

3. The way the techniques worked, aside from how they were built and stored: as evidenced a few times in the manga and this recent chapter, the Yin seal simply was activated by hand sign, healed Tsunade faster, and increased her power a bit. The strength of 100 did this further and was activated on will but used much more energy. Sakura's seal however, while it looks like the intial unreleased Yin seal, Sakura is displaying the techniques of the strength of 100.

 

One other major factor, she just unleashed it, until we see whats next we may not get the full knowledge, is Sakura really fighting at just the intial yin seal power, or if she is already at the strength of 100, what would it be like when she actually unleashes it? All we know is that Sakura has basically mastered the technique in the same way Naruto surpassed Minato in rasengan and Jiraya with Sage mode. Naruto was able to refine the rasengan in many ways with his wind style and nine tails chakra mode. He also gained a perfect sage form. Sakura in the same way has more control and refinement from what most people think so far, she has none of the drawbacks (like tsunade did for her appearance) in the same way Naruto did not have any frog features like Jiraya. She is also using the power more effectively it seems. Still we need to wait and see.

Sakura's technique and seal has nothing to do with the meaning "100". It has the meaning "white" in it.

 

I think there is a misunderstanding when it says "strength". I said before on the thread, that the word "strength" does not mean physical stat strength in English, but an "inner strength" so to speak, so it's talking about her healing ability. I see it more as Tsunade has increased her healing ability by 100 fold. In Tsunade's Byakugou, she released the yin seal so that now her body will instantaneously regenerate as long as there are those marks on her body. That leaves all of her focus on attacking, that's why Tsunade is stronger.

 

Kishi did have same pronunciation for a reason though, so Sakura's seal is probably related in some way to Tsunade's Byakugou!

Yes but Sakura just activated the seal, didn't released it.

And it's not that Sakura's seal is stronger than Tsunade, no.

She is stronger than Tsunade with using her chakra outside the seal.
The chakra from the Byakugou seal is yet unusable since Sakura hasn't released it.

Oh that does make sense. Like, are you limited to your own chakra or you can store any source of chakra? The latter will make it a very interesting seal for her. If Naruto does share again, here's hoping for explanation.

When Dan kiss tsunade forehead, it's restore her seal. I believe yin seal is tsunade attemp to gain sage mode but not by store nature energy but store her own chakra. I believe it can happen to sakura too.

And here are mentioned 4 phases of meditation and if you think about it, there are like the steps Sakura took with Naruto.

In Buddhist statuary, a small circle is typically carved here, or a circular crystal is placed here. -> the jewel could be fairly the diamond seal.

 

Rahotsu: Hair on the head in small spiral curls supposedly represents stubble left on Prince

Siddhartha’s head after he cut off his hair. According to one legend, he pulled his hair together into a

top knot and chopped it off. It apparently went into fine curls (spiraling to the right), and never

needed cutting again. -> Sakura cutting her hair in FOD.

 

Byakugo: Boss, or all-seeing third eye, in the middle of the forehead; symbolic third (spiritual) eye

I found something more... In some writings about buddha.

 

The asuras, the predecessors of the devas, lost their heaven because Sakka was able to expel them when they were too drunk to fight him.

 

Asura Path, Deva Path... Rinne Tensei which is translated as Heavenly Life Technique or something like that. And Nagato's hair became white after that and I always wondered why the middle of the Rinnegan seemed simialr to the Haruno symbol.

Now I get it! It might be linked to the healing part where Sakura will probably get a power-up this big where maybe she'll be able to heal or bring from life so many people but without dying.

I believe strongest base physical streght(without any enhancement) belong to three people: rock lee/gai, fourth raikage, and tsunade.
And sakura strong point is chakra control. So I disagree, that her base is the strongest.
