StriderC, I'm pretty bummed about not getting to see Naruto transfer Kurama's chakra to Sakura as well. That was the one thing that I was hoping Kishimoto would show, whether it was through a flashback or if it happened present-time. Oh well. I think the reason that he didn't show her getting Kurama's chakra has to do with 615. It was a big moment for NH fans, but then Kishimoto diluted the moment by having Naruto hold hands with everyone else. Maybe he didn't want to fan the flames by adding Sakura to the mix? Who knows.

I can't be disappointed about the various Sakura-related theories not coming true though. I feel like people were expecting way too much out of her, given that this arc involves everyone in the Naruto-verse, not just Team Seven, and not just Naruto and Sakura. It was literally impossible for her to be with the Kages, as she had no way to know that Tsunade needed help, nor a way to know her location, nor a way to get there quickly, nor a way to actually save her, nor a way to gain Tsunade's abilities and understand how to use them immediately and return to the battle in-time to fight with Naruto again. That's too much Sakura-focus in an arc that has no relation to her specifically.

As much as I liked the Kamui theory, expecting her to be the one to fight Tobi doesn't make sense either... Honestly, it's better this way. Kakashi is the one with the connection to Obito, not Sakura, so he should be the one to fight him. I'm really looking forward to it, actually!

This new theory about her stabilizing Naruto's chakra seems much more plausible than everything else we've been coming up with. At least it focuses on the abilities that she already possesses, rather than going off of the assumption that she's going to learn something new in such a small period of time with absolutely no opportunities to train. Plus, I think that will make for a really nice NaruSaku moment. Sakura assists Naruto in the final fight in her own way. It's not the size of what she does for him that counts. What's important is how she feels about him, and right now, she's worried about his health.

Your not suposed to love anything that happens in the manga. But is it neceseary to complain about it and ruin it for other people? Thats Sasuke logic. So yea. in a nutshell.

How does this ruin it for other people? Some of the people who aren't satisfied have their right not to be and given what's been written, for the most part, it's JUSTIFIED.

If you're allowing the negative comments to possibly weigh you down, then I wonder just how happy you are with this chapter. That's just like me not liking a chapter because I've seen that a NH fan didn't like the chapter. I don't expect everyone to enjoy what I enjoy and it doesn't effect how I feel about something but that's just me.

Heaven and Earth. When NS interaction was brought up and when Sasuke and Karin are about to arrive, which, funny enough, they're the new Heaven and Earth.

Coincidence much? Maybe, maybe not...

I'm not gonna really hope for much, since given Kishi's track record is terrible nowadays. But... the Tenchi (Heaven & Earth) Bridge incident does make you think.... well, we'll just wait and see for now.

She even got a classic Shannaro line in, it's been a while since we heard that. I was hoping for a Sakura moment but it is only the first chapter to the volume. Plus being a Kakashi fan, I'm physched for this fight between him and Obito.

That's true. She usually says it when she is heavily motivated. I guess Naruto really connects to her. It reminds me of what Sai said in movie 3. Funny.

I agree, i dont know why but people on this forum are just complaining over complaining, iam just going back to the background again until things get better.
NF is sooo much calmer and positive.

Sure, well people just need to relax, we are may have a Sakura moment come up, she may do something soon and this chapter did show she is concerned and believes in him.

Oh and as for NF, not going to touch that with as far as luffy can stretch. That place is just a breeding ground for hate and insanity. People can be irrational with this but I love this chapter and the Sakura parts to let it ruin my belief.

Now as for other people complaining, I got popcorn time to enjoy the show.

I've said my point, things are still unchanged in the story and NS, we have epic battles coming, Sakura still to get her event. I'm with others on this now, its funny to see complaining when it can become funny.

Naruto and Sakura. I'm still holding on to the hope that they'll do something. Besides, I realized how much I've missed Sakura in this chapter. And before an epic moment, there's always a build up, like this time.

I don't blame you at all for being disappointed about the chakra transfer happening off-panel. I'm pretty bummed about it too.

Looks like it, but after Naruto came back from Neji's sacrifice, that would have been redundant. He already learned the lesson that Obito missed, (i.e. that his friends and important people live on through him.) What would be the point in making Naruto go through that all over again by having Obito attack Sakura?

Now that I think about it, there is still a way to connect the two, though it's not like how any of us imagined. Obito is about to fight Kakashi, and there's no doubt that Kakashi knows how Naruto feels about Sakura, and there's also no doubt that Kakashi will eventually have to explain the difference between Obito and Naruto to Obito. Perhaps he will bring up Naruto's relationship with Sakura in comparison to Obito's relationship with Rin? It's possible... Though I'm not 100% confident in that happening. I feel like Kakashi is more likely to bring up Naruto's resolve to save Sasuke rather than Naruto's relationship with Sakura. Maybe he'll mention both.

I`m perfectly happy with this chapter. You can not just start a volume full on. A little curve is always nice. How I feel about the complainers is best described by a Stargate reference. It`s like being at funeral for Daniel Jackson (for those of you who don`t know the guy dies every season but somehow survives). You know damm well he is alive but you are still sad.
At thats what this is. Even being at a pizza party eating the greatest pizza ever can be depressing if everyone is complaining about the pizza. IT BRINGS YOU DOWN. Simple as that.

EDIT:

Assuming that Kishi does not want to make NS cannon YET. After all thats happened in the 5 kage summit arc could you really show an on-panel NS touch, with emotions and avoid NS? Doing it off screen was simpler.

Here's how I think it is going to play out:

Kakashi and Obito fight, which triggers Kakashi's explanation of why he killed Rin. But I also feel like Sakura is going to help Naruto in some way because out of all the ppl on the battlefield, She is the only one to notice that he is getting close to his limit. That might be a big NS moment, because she's not allowed to get that close to the front lines.

I could see that happening. I wasn't talking about Sakura getting attacked and injured by the way. I was thinking Kishi could pull it off another way, and yours works pretty well. I think that's gonna get referenced soon. Probably not now since it wouldn't fit with the NH moments that have been put out? LOL You see Kishi pretty much killed NS interaction so that they could work. I still find it odd that there's barely any interaction going on between the two. Hopefully that changes when Sakura heals Naruto or whatever.
