Thanks Shadow!
Well, I got back last night, but didn't feel like uploading any pictures until today. Our plane left from Seattle at around 5:30 pm, and with the combined trip and timezone skip time, we didn't end up getting to the Twin Cities till around midnight.
Funny coincidence though. As I was getting out of my plane seat yesterday, I discovered that an old middle/high school friend was sitting right behind me the whole time. I guess we didn't recognize each other with the lights off, or just weren't expecting something that random. She was just getting back from a music festival up in Washington, and so it was pretty random that our return trips overlapped like that. I felt a little bad, though, when she started telling me about all our friends back home, and all the going-ons in our tiny little hometown. Other than my family and a half dozen or so close friends, I feel like I haven't talked to anyone from my hometown in a long time. It's weird, feeling so distant from people that I used to talk to on a daily basis.

That aside, I had a great vacation! Kinda sad it's basically over though. I took off work till Wednesday, so I'll still have a little bit of time off, but I doubt I'll be doing anything as fun as last week. I'll be heading out later to help my buddy celebrate his one-year anniversary (he's married already...wtf), so I'll just post my vacation pictures on here later. I've got them all uploaded onto Photobucket, but I still have to sift through them all and try to find the gems. There's like..fifty pictures of boring old ocean I took while I was waiting for Humpback whales to surface.
