So I saw this reasons on why somebody is against NS

wow

It kittens on Naruto's charcater
It kittens on Hinata's charcater
It kittens on Sakura's character
It kittens on Sasuke's character
It kittens on Sasu-Naru's bond
It kittens on Team 7's dynamic
It kittens on many themes of the manga

This just made me go "wow"

Were you on /tagged/narusaku? Cause if you're on /search/narusaku it gives you results of things that aren't tagged, even if it just says 'narusaku' in the post somewhere. Although there are those who post anti on the pro tag...

I somewhat agree. The Forehead scene proved two very important things about NS and SS. First, Sakura's image of Sasuke was really just that. She thought of Sasuke being really nice, complimenting her insecurity, and saying something really cheesy that made her happy. But Sasuke will never be like that. That's the strongest evidence of Sakura's "love" for Sasuke being created not out of what he was, but what she wanted him to be. Sasuke had more appeal to her than Naruto did because Sasuke was the "cool bad boy." 

 

Second, it proved that Naruto was the one she was meant for. He was the one who complimented her forehead suddenly with her dream fantasy word-for-word. Sakura thought it was Sasuke who said it though, kind of a nice example of how Sakura was always blinded by Sasuke that she couldn't see Naruto back then (I know Naruto was henged, but still lol)

 

But Sakura didn't fall in love with Sasuke then. She fell in love with Sasuke during the Chunin Exams, after seeing him get the curse mark. Sakura's childish feelings became mixed with sympathy and then fear of Sasuke going evil. She still had the image of him and wanting him to be something that he wasn't, but Sakura really cared for him and loved him after that. It was an idealistic, selfish love, but still love.

 

I don't even think the Forehead scene is really too important as far as Sakura's feelings go because 1) 'Sasuke' did say "that's what Naruto would say", completely omitting the idea she associated what was said about her forehead as serious 2) It's never mentioned again or emphasized ever. Not even in Sakura's confession to Sasuke.

 

I'm not saying there's not going to be a callback to it because there definitely will be, but I just don't know if realizing it's Naruto will make her get over Sasuke and "fall" for him. Sakura will see she doesn't love Sasuke and loves Naruto when she realizes it. The question is just how it'll happen.

 

Though I'll admit when I picture NS becoming canon, I still always picture it near a bench for some reason ...

I feel as if this is all Naruto's fault for transforming into Sasuke and complimenting her on her forehead which kinda started the pairing wars I think and causing Sakura to love Sasuke more. But still do you think Naruto will confess to Sakura when the time is right in the manga?

well his main purpose was for him to just see how she feels about him and what her thoughts on him was. He couldn't do It being himself he had to transform. He wasn't thinking about anything else but her thoughts on him. So I don't really blame him but yeah it is his fault. But I can vouch for him that if he could take it back he probably would but then again it showed him where he stood with her so he got motivation to prove her wrong in a way.

I totally agree with this. Her love for Sasuke is just an attachment to an fantasy version of Sasuke and it grew stronger after Sasuke got the curse make and fled in search of power, because she wanted to help Sasuke and see that version in him. Its just fangirl stuff taken to a different level. Kishi even showed this in RtN.

I always kinda thought Naruto's confession would kick off with him saying something like, " Well, it took a while, but I kept my promise Sakura-chan." and gradually it would lead to Sakura telling Naruto, she doesn't feel the same way about Sasuke or something like that.
