Fort all the people that love parallels (I'm not really one of them) here's one for you:
Parallels to NS are Jman x Tsunade and Godking (lol) Obito x Rin because in both cases the ladies loved anotha brotha
The Jman loved Tsunade but before she could return his love, the Jman died, leaving Tsunade to live. The Jman failed in both life and death. Obito loved Rin, but he "died" before he could confess, then Rin died while he lived on. However, Obito lived on and, when he died, it seems that he succeeded in death to get what he wanted in life (Rin's affection) in the latest chapter. Jiraiya failed in life and death, Obito failed in life but succeeded in death, so naturally, Naruto will succeed in life.

Ehh. Who knows. All I really care about is NS. Besides, Obito made it clear that he wanted to be alone with Rin, so if you take that into account, maybe it was a little more than platonic.

Yeah, because Naruto hasn't rejected Hinata (even though she was never looking for an answer in the first place) and he must like the shy-woobie who's pursuing him even though he never gave any signals!

Because she wouldn't continue being in love with an kitten who neglected her, attempted to murder her several times, threatened to kill her whole family, friends, destroy her village, and she would be a "prize" for the guy who is her best friend and selflessly devoted himself to bring back the guy she was in love with even though it would ruin his chances of getting with her!

I don't think we are reading the same manga is this guy sure he's reading Naruto or another manga with the same characters  .

If anything just change that headline with NH/SS and you would be spot on its these two that kittens on many themes in the manga especially SS thematically it doesn't feat anywhere  .

I wonder if we'll ever get the specifics of when Sakura went from loving Sasuke to "loving him in a different way" or when she started to realize her feelings for Naruto before the confession.

 

I'm not sure whether Kishi is gonna make NS actually crystal clear in the end or if he's just going to make it canon and that will be that. After all i'm still waiting for the explanation for what the kitten was up with the Tobi personality.

Something I've been noticing about the NS moments. They're always interrupted. Sakura crying over Naruto, Sai's comment about Sakura being gentle, the unfinished sentence, the Feeding scene, and hell even the confession. Even when they aren't, they aren't full moments. They're sort of half moments, I guess you could say.

 

What I mean by half moments is that the moments are never really mutual and complete. Naruto was unconscious during the Tenchi Bridge moment, unfinished sentence, and 663 so didn't see it. Sakura hugged Naruto twice and Naruto never returned either. When Sai confirmed Naruto's feelings for Sakura, we didn't see Naruto's face and we didn't see his expression when Sakura hugged him the first time either. Even Sakura's confession was also halfway because Naruto didn't believe her and we later got hints of Sasuke still being in the picture.

 

I've been starting to notice this more and it's really got me thinking. Why does Kishi try so hard to interrupt NS moments, let Naruto not be present for the big moments, and then have these "half moments". It's obviously for a reason. Kishimoto tries too hard for it not to be.

 

Honestly, I'm under the impression Kishimoto always does this not just to be a troll but NaruSaku would be too easy to make canon if he didn't pull things like this all the time. That vibe is definitely there.

That's been the case. When it comes to normal bond, it's normal and don't get interrupted. When it's more than that, it will get interrupted. No one should know the full detail and they usually keep it to themselves. That's how it is. I mean what's the point of Naruto not knowing that Sakura will be devastated if he loses his Bijuu, only to say it's for Gaara. That's another one.
