Luffy doesn't even know Tashigi's name

 

Does he even know Smoker's name? I thought the only marine he called by their actual name was Coby. It doesn't matter. Luffy just nicknames everyone who isn't on his ship. For example. Law. There is no proof in what names he doesn't know and does.

............. She loves him, but it's obvious they have their relationship solidified as her being his right hand woman. She learns from him, but I think it'll be Tashigi's influence that nudges them out of the marines. She likes the Straw Hats. :3

You know how cool it would be if Luffy has a son and he names him Ace. I mwean it's a little cliche and stupid, but I think it works when it comes to Luffy's character.  Idk, what do you guys think?

Yeah Lucci fight was the best fight to date, probably followed by Arlong, though honestly all pre-timeskip fights were enjoyable well maybe not Foxy or whatever his name was. I've not been impressed with any of the fights post time-skip at all. This Kaido looks like a beast, but I'm not sure if Luffy will ever really fight him, I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up being befriended and the fight is completely avoided.
 
 
Really? I found it was poorly executed, there was too much stuff going on, felt like getting to the fight took much more time than the actual fight, and the fight itself was largely a few big hits, and not much more. This is the first time I've cared more for what wasn't being shown than the actual battle, all I cared for the entire fight was where Nami and crew were and what they were doing.

I think that's because luffy is already stronger than every enemies he fight before rob lucci (aokiji doesn't count).
The battle with rob lucci is the best since he push luffy to his limit in hand to hand combat.

Also. I have researched, and I think I know someone who is going to join the crew! I'm sure nobody was thinking about him, but there is a pirate on Dressrosa who dreams of becoming the strongest giant. His name is Hajrudin, and his plan was to eat Ace's devil fruit and become the strongest. He is a new age giant and is already one of the strongest. Maybe far fetched, but maybe he finds a devil fruit that lets him shrink in size to live on the Sunny, like a zoan type. He chooses to be huge or tiny in the form (like with Chopper). We saw him talk with Zoro, and as I don't think he'll be joining the Straw Hats now, I think he'll come back later with the devil fruit and join. For now I'm still saying Bartolomeo, but my future pick is Hajrudin. The strongest giant ever. Sounds like something Luffy would want. Best archeologist, best cook, best swordsman, best navigator, best shipwright, and best sniper. Makes sense to have the best giant, too. Not to mention, we know that Elbaf is more than likely going to be an arc. All those giants and Luffy doesn't take one with him? No way!

Man I know we've still a long ways to go before One Piece ends, but when it does it's gonna feel weird like everyone's gonna be sad guarantee. Now I wanna take my bets and say One Piece will end on Volume 100, but since this is Oda we're talking about predicting him is nearly impossible so we're just gonna wait and see what happens.

 

I've read a few theories saying how Sabo at some given point in time will maybe make a sacrifice to save Luffy in a similar fashion as Ace, and while I could see it happen, I personally don't think Luffy would go as far as to loosing another brother.

I know that, but as I said. They're going to land on Elbaf one day, and Luffy is going to see all those giants. Hajrudin is going to be there, and if he's going to become the strongest giant, Luffy is going to pick him to join the crew. He literally just told Brooks to join the crew because he was a talking skeleton pretty much. Hajrudin has nothing holding him back from joining his crew. Just like Zoro, if Luffy isn't going to hold him back from his dreams, then he'll happily join. We know he already admires him from everything he did in Dressrosa. Every character that has their end goal dream making them the greatest ever in something, they end up being Straw Hats. Unless that goal is to be the greatest pirate (pirate king).

 

Edit: I forgot to mention that Luffy had the future greatest doctor and musician, too. Literally every member on his ship is going to be the greatest of their kind.

 

Edit #2: Not to mention Jinbei is joining later, so he'll have the strongest fisherman, too. :)

The 50% mark was at 60 volumes, and the editor screwed up and called like 78 volumes the 70% mark. We're at like 65%. We got about 8 or 9 years left.

Oh that's going to be an emotional scene especially if Luffy witnesses that scene. I picture two people stopping him Sabo and Nami.
