from what I can read, it says "UMINO IRUKA,  slime. it continues people" sounds like trolling to me xD

It says "smile. it confuses people" which is exactly what she's trying to do. Troll every pairing fandom with all these spoilers and hints. This doesn't even refer to 699, but 700 because it is most likely a EPILOGUE THAT SHOWS A FAMILY.

But people can have different opinions and feelings, right? To me - those leaks do not look fake, given how accurate the style and coloring is and the sheer amount of designs that were posted. Still, I consider what you say as valid and possible too.

 

Right now I just believe that Evil could be trolling (like you said) and her NH teasing is just to toy with us. BUT the kids are real and appear as a genjutsu in the movie. Evil knows that though and that's why she is toying with us.

 

Also, I found it odd that Hinata wasn't even mentioned ONCE on Narutos Databook pages. Like, really? He is going to have two kids with her and she will be the love of his live but doesn't even get a tiny bit of spotlight? Even Konan is on Narutos pages.
