[NaruSaku fan in Kentucky]

Hi I am new to this NaruSaku fan how do I post question?

I don't know if this is the right forum to introduce myself but I am NaruSaku fan in Kentucky. I am 25 hears old. I love basketball. I got Into Naruto when I was 20. My favorite game is Kingdom Hearts. I am uncle of a cute 1 year old girl. I hope I have a good time here.

No, when Sasuke left all Sakura could do was cry and beg Naruto for help. It wasn't until Naruto came back, having not fulfilled his promise, beat up and bandaged, yet still determined to keep his promise and she saw this that Sakura decided to actually do something and become stronger, to help him. She asked Yamato to teach her his technique so she could help Naruto, and was upset because she thought she could only do the smallest of things for him.

Sasuke pointing out that she sucks as a ninja never prompted her to become stronger. It only served to make her incredibly depressed. Naruto, however, inspired her to become stronger, like I mentioned earlier with the hospital scene. And when Naruto won against Neji in the chuunin exams, she thought about how watching Naruto fight makes her feel like she has to try harder.

Tell them to reread the scene where Sakura cuts her hair. Sakura wanted to contribute more in Team 7, but not because Sasuke told her she doesn't help. It was because she was always being protected -- by Naruto, Sasuke, and Lee, and she wanted to be strong enough to protect the people who were important to her.

Sasuke was NOT her drive to become stronger -- not the sole reason, at least. When Sakura went to ask Tsunade to ask to be her apprentice, she thought of BOTH Sasuke and Naruto. She wanted to protect them both. And recently in 632, when Sakura said she wanted to catch up to both Sasuke and Naruto.

"Every time she fails, she thinks of Sasuke and somehow finds the will to carry on." Please. When When Sakura was caught in Sasori's poison cloud the first thing she thought of was how she promised Naruto that this time, they'd do it together. When it seemed like all was lost when Naruto's heart stopped beating, did she think of Sasuke and "somehow find the will to carry on"? No, she got his heart beating again and thought of Naruto's dream.

Ugh, I hate it when people say that, "Sasuke is the sole reason Sakura is the kunoichi she is today." Yeah he's impacted her but him alone? Lots of negativity. The best they can logically argue is that he AND Naruto had a large impact on her.

I think this shows who inspires who in here That person doesn't know wth is he talking about , seeing Naruto hurt in the hospital is what inspired her to become stronger in the first place  so she could help him that's why she says to him "next time we will do it together"  

The scan where she talks to Naruto in the hospital telling him to wait for her is one you could use.

I've been re-watching the Late Part 1/Early Shippuden arcs and I can say with a refreshed memory that is completely wrong. You could argue that Sakura's main motivation was always Sasuke, but that changed after the PoaL. The moment that changed Sakura and her relationship with both Naruto and Sasuke forever.

 

Sakura's promise to Naruto about saving Sasuke together clearly meant a lot to her. But the whole point of that moment was not just about saving Sasuke. The real reason she said "Let's do it together" was seeing Naruto's determination to bring him back and being so grateful by it, she decided she would do all she could to help him. That was the defining moment for her.

 

Of course she wanted Sasuke back. Of course she wanted to save him. But you can't say it's all about Sasuke anymore after that moment. Sakura decided after the PoaL she would protect both of them. She would help both of them. Her promise to him was not just about finding Sasuke, but helping and protecting Naruto too. This is enhanced even more with a reversion of that quote in the War arc when she said her and Naruto would be together in the fight.

 

Has Sakura ever really singled out Sasuke over Naruto? Already in Early Shippuden, she always put them on the same level. In fact, it's sometimes hard to seriously argue she loved Sasuke so much over Naruto when every time she mentioned the two of them, they were on even playing field. Part 1 Sakura never did this. And this was early in Part 2. That was a sign right there to where the pairing direction was heading.

 

I may hate SS, but I won't deny Sasuke is still a heavy influence in her character along with Naruto. I wish I could say the same for the anti-NS fans.

lol this guy obviously is reading a whole different manga, how many times has Sakura-Chan though of BOTH Naruto and Sasuke and as a matter of the reason why she became the Kunoichi she is today is because of Naruto and because she didn't want Naruto to undergo everything along, and the fact that NARUTO supports her and I think she even said it was NARUTO THAT WAS HER SOURCE OF DETERMINATION if I ain't mistaken lol. And also it was seeing Naruto hurt and seeing how determined he was in the hospital, with his words, "I'll never give up Sakura-Chan, I'll bring Sasuke back I never go back on my word."

Can't really post scans, but here were a few moments I liked;

 

 During the bell test-

 

Sakura wonders when Naruto got so cool.

Sakura warning Naruto about Kakashi being behind him.

 

 Druring the wave arc-

 

Sakura tackling Naruto, when Zabuza threw his sword.

Sakura wondering what this feeling was, while watching Naruto.

Sakura gives Naruto advice on chakra control, during the tree climbing exercise.

 

When T7 was doing d-ranks, Sakura ended up carrying a beat up Naruto.

 

Chunin exams-

 

Sakura holding both Naruto's and Sasuke's hand.

Sakura thinking Naruto was intimidated by the chunin contestants and getting ready to cheer him up.

Sakura supporting Naruto's dream.

Sakura pinning Naruto to a tree with a kunai.

Sakura telling Naruto she decided to change her look after her fight with the sound team.

Sakura and Naruto cheering each other on during the preliminaries.

Sakura worrying/cheering for Naruto, during his fight with Neji.

My favourite moment which, for some reason, not many talk about happened during PoAL.

 

Sakura begs Naruto to bring Sasuke back to her. Naruto though torn up inside puts a smile on his face and makes a promise on his life and tells Sakura he understood her pain. And then my favourite moment. The moment where Sakura realizes that Naruto is the one who would always understand her more than anyone else and that he would always be there for her in times of need. 

 

I am yet to see as powerful a moment as this for NS because Sakura completely changed her view on Naruto at that point. From then on Sakura has not said any words or did any actions that she thought might hurt Naruto. From that point on Sakura has always put Naruto before anybody else, even herself.

But my two favorites besides 662/3 are these ones :

1.

I love this panel so much . In here Sakura is surrounded by all this mess and chaos her beloved village her home is destroyed people are dead and she is totally at lost she's in shock and doesn't know what to do anymore she's in the most desperate situation in here , and what does she do ? She calls for the one who she has the utmost faith in who makes her feel safe the one who has always been there for her to help her to comfort her no matter what  . Yep she calls for Naruto and this scene is so powerful  as it shows that Naruto is indeed Sakura's rock the one who makes her feel safe the one who she has the utmost faith in  the one she can always relay on to make things right and to fulfill her desires/dreams . 

 

2.

 

1. The white background  with leaves floating around them its like the whole world stops and the rest of the world just fades away for them  as Sakura is focusing solely on Naruto its like he was the only one who existed for her in that moment and no one else , Naruto was the only thing she wanted .

 

2. "The Hug and the Thank You" Sakura in here is thanking him for answering her call , when it was the most tough for her she called for him bc Naruto is her rock someone who she can always depends on and have the utmost faith in him . Besides this the "Thank You" also has an unspoken "Thank God You Are OK" bc of her actions before when she goes tsun tsun when she hits him bc he worried her so much and dere dere "The Hug and the Thank You" bc he's safe and alive. 

 

I have one more scene the Ramen Feeding one but I will save that for another time bc it will take me to long to write that now and I'm lazy   .

One of my favourite moments (and it ain't really talked about ) is during Naruto's match against Kiba in the chuunin exam preliminaries. When Kiba knocked Naruto down and it seemed like he wasn't coming back, and everyone was doubting him, Sakura (and Kakashi) was the only one who believed in Naruto. She said that she, too, used to make fun of Naruto's words, and then reflected back on Naruto's feats and growth and said that she was wrong. And as he gets up, she tells him to "tell everyone," and Naruto completes her sentence with, "don't underestimate me!" And while everyone else stares in shock, she eggs him on, yelling, "Go!" That scene is just so great to me, because it has Sakura acknowledging that she was wrong about Naruto, and being one of the only two there who believed in him. She was the only one who actively cheered him on during that match. Ah, I just love it.
It's in chapter 75, btw.
