Minato flying thunder god is a rip off from goku teleportation. Kind a like rasengan is genki dama.
@james
Goku teleportation is op. It's much more powerful than minato because you don't need tool and there's no limit of range.
Naruto should learn fuuinjutsu first before that. He's an uzumaki afterall.
No, Goku's instant transmission and Minato's Hiraishin are actually pretty much the same.
They both require an anchor point.
For Minato it requires a seal. For Goku it requires a ki signature. If there is no seal, Minato can't go there. If Goku can't sense a ki point, he can't teleport to it.
They are both instant
Minato and Goku both go to the point they teleport to instantly
They both have infinite range...theoretically.
While Minato can only teleport to places that have a seal....the distance limitation that seal has to be is not specificed nor given. So I assume that as long as a seal exists he can teleport to it. Sure, we haven't seen him teleport to other planets, but I am sure that if another planet had one of his seals on it he could teleport there no problem. If you have a source that says otherwise and gives a range limit, please show me and I will correct my statement.
Goku's teleportation also has no range within itself, but he can't just teleport to where ever he wants to. He has to lock on to a target with Ki energy and then go there. It also has to be an object of significant Ki energy and not say a "rock" or "tree." Goku also has a range limit to what he can detect. If he can't detect it, he is not going anywhere. Remember when he required King Kai to detect the New Planet Namek? He couldn't detect the Namekians to go and get Dende to make a new dragon. However, because King Kai does have pratically limitless reach in the universe in detection...this is how he subverted that.
There are differences:
Minato can teleport any one and any thing at any time. This includes even jutsu's thrown at him. The only limit here is how much chakra Minato has. The bigger the object the more chakra is needed to send it. However, he seems to be able to use as minimal chakra as possible to send it. He can send an object through teleportation and not himself with it. He also doesn't technically need to touch an object to teleport to it as long as the object as a seal or is connected with Minato with chakra like how he teleported the entire Shinbi alliance with just Naruto's chakra as a connector no matter where they are. I also don't think his ability requires concentration seeing how he can use it rather easily in even high intense situations. I have never seen a moment where Minato failed to teleport or couldn't due to lack of concentration. He can move faster and teleport faster than Obito who is using a similar space-time technique.
Goku can only teleport things that are physically touching him because he is basically the vehicle that transport it so he goes with what is touching him. He cannot teleport ki blasts or energy with him unlike Minato's ability. He can teleport pratically infinite mass, but that mass requires them touching him and or connected to him like how the people of a civilization has to physically hold hands with him into order to teleport with him. Another issue with the IT is that it requires concentration to use....if Goku cannot concentrate he can't use it. This is evident when Goku tried to use it to escape a Buu blast and he failed saying "It's not good, I can't concentrate." It is also hard for Goku to use this ability in combat situations all the while Minato uses his technique in most of his abilities since it is his signature technique and can be used go in short bursts in small distances in faster time than Goku can use his IT.
So is Goku's IT OP? Meh...not really. Minato's is a lot more versitile in every aspect that matters and it can be used much faster and much easier than the IT. Sure, we haven't seen Minato teleport to other planets, but that doesn't mean he can't do it. As long as there is a seal, he can go there.
Overall I think Minato's is a lot more OP than Goku's because while Minato's does have some limitations, those limits are minute. Minato can even tag people with his seal and it will never come off unless he wanted it to. So, I got to give it to Minato. Going to other planets is nice, but other than transportation, you can't really use the IT as effectively in combat like the FTG can.
I despise love triangle , because one of them definitely gonna get hurt (or worse dead), i mean the name of the world itself is Final Fantasy , IN MY OPINION everyone should get happy ending , it's should be the world where at least everyone get their happy ending. I like Zidane hes full of joke , and i like Garnet seriousness because she has world in her shoulder she looks frail but has a strong mind , the best moment is when she fake her name the idea of her fake name came from Zidane's weapon , when shes unconscious and Zidane have to carry her out from the castle , and when she cut her hair with Zidane's dagger that's the moment she finally realize her true goal and purpose she finally grow up , and on top of all the last cinematic my god that's just LOVELY.
And yeah WHY only FF7 got remake and a movie ?? because i think FF7 is the MOST popular in the world people like the love triangle between Cloud , Aerith , and Tifa. I for one don't think that's fair , they should start remake from 1 , but i'm sure they gonna remake 1-6 in time anyway.
This post reminded me of a funny joke I did in FF9.
There is a scene where Garnet is traveling with the group and wants to pick a name for herself. She picks up a dagger and asks Zidane what it is called. (She is sheltered.) Zidane says "A dagger." Now, canon-wise Garnet changes her name to Dagger, but since you can change it to anything you want....I always rewrote "Garnet." So you get this funny line as: "Okay, from now on I am no longer Garnet. My new name is Garnet."
lmao. It makes me laugh every time.
