I was referring to the novel for Blood Prison mentioned a few pages back. :)

 

Apparently there isn't an English translation, which is too bad. I liked that movie, so I would have liked to read the novel one day. Especially since there are apparently NS moments. :)

I didn't read that tumblr post because most arguments ANS use are just contrived and ridiculous, and reading your post questdrivencollie, I was right. Seriously, trying to twist Sakura nearly quitting the chuunin exams for Naruto's sake into something negative when it's one of the most selfless things she's ever done? gtfo of here with that bs. I'm not sure how she was going against his nindo here but ANS always makes up stuff like this, so I can't say I'm surprised.

What Anti-NSers don't appreciate is that Sakura may not always make the right choices, but everything she does for Naruto is because she cares. Of course Naruto didn't want Sakura to kill Sasuke, to lie to him about hurting her and about Sasuke, or for her to forfeit their team in Part 1 for his dream. But Naruto has done things Sakura doesn't like either. Biggest example being how he always hid his feelings from her and never let her know what he was hurting over. Which again, Naruto also did because he cares and wouldn't want Sakura to worry. Now does that make what he did right? No, because look at the guilt it caused Sakura in the long run.

 

What I don't get is why, in their minds, Naruto or Sakura have to constantly agree with everything they do and let the other do whatever they want. The fact that they conflict on certain things is what makes it realistic. It doesn't happen enough to be a problem. They haven't even argued except once in this whole manga and when they did, it was important. Why do they have to accept everything the other does?

 

NS is flawed, but not because they don't care. It's because they care too much. The main issue between their communication is that both Sakura and Naruto are too selfless so aren't open with things that bother them or particularly honest when the truth is painful. Neither are fully aware of how the other feels. Not even Naruto knows Sakura doesn't think she does enough for him or feels unworthy of him. Sakura didn't even know the promise hurt Naruto until Sai said it. And how did this happen? Because they care too much.

 

So yeah NaruSaku may have some communication issues, but that can easily get fixed by a long talk near the manga. Which it will because NS needs to deal with that before it can become canon.

Its SS defence system. They think Naruto do this to make SS that s full of crap theory. About him bashing Sakura s funny, Naruto dont want Sakura to make hard decision anymore. Fact that she wanted to kill Sasuke s reason why Naruto wanted to take this on his back. Of course there s his bond/friendship with Sauce

I think it's a load of crap. Sakura said that Naruto always understood her when he made the PoaL.

Ah! The argument that Naruto is a sexist pig toward Sakura that orange baboon who always puts her in the kitchen but Sasuke is the one who always believes in her strength  and doesn't protect her bc he has faith in his woman  ,  Its bc of arguments like this I can never take SS seriously they always fight against NS using double standards and make Sasuke something he's not so OOC  NF and tumblr is full of ridiculous arguments like this  but at least it gives me a good material to mock the living kitten out of them and their sense of logic that's the only positive thing I get from this Lol .

What Obito did is nothing compared to what Sakura did.

Sakura manipulated Naruto in believing she loves him, she used Naruto's feelings for her own benefits.

While Obito is responsible for killing Naruto's parents, for killing other fodder people including Neji. I mean yeah sure because of Obito; Naruto had to endure so much but it made him stronger and it's because of Obito that Naruto is where he is now.
