Luffy. He was all like "Man I could be the pirate king, but you gotta be popping out those babies with Tashigi, man." and Zoro was like "Alright captain." It happened just like that.

i haven't seen one fight in this series that has matched up with luffy vs lucci. hopefully that will change soon when luffy takes on kaido. kaido will push luffy even further than lucci. in fact, i think luffy will be damn near dead after the fight. maybe he'll even walk away with another scar too.

I agree with the scar thing, though. No way you fight a Yonko and win without taking some permanent scars. Look at Kaido's stomach.

I think the Doflamingo fight was pretty good. I wanna see Luffy vs Shanks the most though. That would be great.

Yeah Lucci fight was the best fight to date, probably followed by Arlong, though honestly all pre-timeskip fights were enjoyable well maybe not Foxy or whatever his name was. I've not been impressed with any of the fights post time-skip at all. This Kaido looks like a beast, but I'm not sure if Luffy will ever really fight him, I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up being befriended and the fight is completely avoided.

Really? I found it was poorly executed, there was too much stuff going on, felt like getting to the fight took much more time than the actual fight, and the fight itself was largely a few big hits, and not much more. This is the first time I've cared more for what wasn't being shown than the actual battle, all I cared for the entire fight was where Nami and crew were and what they were doing.

it was obvious to me that luffy would ultimately win the fight. i had no doubt at all, but facing an emperor is giving me tons of doubt about his chances, and rightfully so.

Oh yeah. If he fights a yonko now he will die. Hence why literally 99% of people are saying "RIP Kid alliance" or "The Kid alliance will join Kaido". That's 3 supernovas with 470,000,000, 350,000,000, and 330,000,000 bounties. Luffy is going to be at 500,000,000-550,000,000 after Dressrosa, but if those 3 apparently stand no chance, how does Luffy by himself?
