Yes, she (& lee) know that Hinata has interest with naruto back in chunin exam arc. And when sakura heal Hinata, she acknowledge that Hinata love naruto.

And yet she took the glory in Pain Arc...What an kitten. Even Guts gave a break to Casca with Griffith. I don't want to hear an excuse. You know damn well that was Hinata's time, no matter what.

I do kind of wonder why, if SasuSaku is so popular of a pairing in Japan and the west than why haven't we seen any of it? You'd think that if the pairings were catering to popular demand then their would be more catering to that fanbase. 

 

NH got a movie, yet the most SS got was a forehead poke and a child. No wedding, No I love you, not even a kiss.

 

Now I hate SS and would prefer it to rot in hell rather than get any SS scenes but it does make me wonder if Kishimoto told them not to show it

My personal opinion - people that ship this basing on STORY not only by desing of those two - have some moral issues in themself. This kitten musn't exitst at all, at best I would be fine with Sakura calling BS on Sasuke in 699 for what he did to Naruto (not for her, because she already don't care about that, it seems). Beyond me is everything with this pairing and it's canon status.

I love Rock Lee SD, it just takes the true characters quirks and cranks it up to 11 regardless of any sort of popular pairing bias.

Meh... I guess both Sakura and Naruto indeed was in a need for more selfishness in terms of their feelings. But Kishimoto kittened up both of them. I hope Konan-sama or other great artist will deliver good closure for all characters with their re-done ending, because I can't see any author of his own work who can consider this as "conclusive" ending. This kitten can't even be considered as ending. Part 1 ending would win oscar if it would be compared to this.
