I think he needs a break. The last chapter was a strong indication. Don't forget the less chapter pages count earlier. Lastly, I believe his editor's note indicated that he's working really hard that it's beginning to tire him.

Well at least his editor is the ones Kishimoto got (ironic if it turn out they are one of Kishimoto's old editors) did kishimoto ever take a break?

 

I guess SJ have high hopes for My hero Academy if they let this guy take breaks instead of working him into the ground like they have done for other mangaka.
