A new little rule I want to add. When claiming someone from a video game (or even anime) the particular series has to be released before you can claim said character. That way everyone has a chance at claiming someone. Seems fair right?

Just to clarify True, do you mean released as in licensed and put up for sale in the US, or released as in actually able to be bought and played?
In the case of a video game I understand fully where this is coming from, but what about manga/manhwa scanned on sites like Onemanga? Wanna make sure we're all on the same sheet of music here.

As long as you have the option to purchase the game (like say from play-asia) then yeah its fine. The burden of the proof has to be provided though. As for manga/manhwa as long as you can read it then that works as well.
