Ofcourse this movie was going to do better, on it's opening weekend, the fans were sold a movie that would conclude the story, give us resolutions between the charactors, show us the final journey of Team Seven, they were led to beleive Kishi wrote the movie, told that it would tie in perfectly with the manga, they were promised more scenes with Kakashi and Sasuke, instead it was all a Hinata wank fest, the hard work of the other charactors over the 15 years of the manga was destroyed, Team Seven, every single member were made out to be liers. We weren't even shown Hinata for over a month after NAruto and Sakura models were revealed, that should tell us something, if they'd revealed Hinata and Naruto designs first it would have raised question marks, fans might have been weary of the movie but instead the movie started off showing us the lead two charactors, Naruto and Sakura.

 

It will be interesting to see if the movie continues to sell after it's opening weekend, it likely will, because the movie is being pushed really hard....but at the end of the day once the dust settles they are going to realise that this movie is just like the Star Wars prequels, and they will start to deny it's existance.

As a long time Naruto fan , this movie is a good ''ending'' that leave the door open for more and more adventures. This movie ,of course is not for every typical Shounen fan ,most of all for his main focus:Love ,between the main character and the secondary yet Essential character.

I can't believe she destroyed the entire story. I can't believe the plot of the Last Naruto movie centers around one character. I just can't believe years of interesting Character development is wrecked within 7 chapters and one movie. Feels like we're in opposite world right now. Where did all of the Logic go???
