His foot was destroyed though, same as Naruto. Naruto only restored his chakra so he wouldn't die.

He has bandages on that same foot he lost and Naruto has bandages on that arm that he lost. 

Oops, youre right, but still, he got it back years ago and still in wheelchair?

I had to play "find 10 differences" game through the whole chapter in order to find my share of mistakes, I did remember my elementary school years while doing it. But I still feel embarassed, because all the results can be easily interpreted as production mistakes and author's choices. We could find a lot of problems with almost any complex chapter in the manga. Remember how Minato's sage mode didn't have Edo Tensei's dark eyes in one of the chapters?

Yes, I don't think of this as a mistake. Though I do think that with Konoha's level of medicine they could easily cut off his damaged foot and replace it with the perfect Hashirama's prostate leg that would move as naturally as Naruto's arm does. Why didn't they decide to operate? Still seems to be just an author's  bad choice.

A thought:  What if "The Last" is not just a reference to the finale of Naruto, but also to "the last" of the various clans?  

 

Sasuke is the last Uchiha.  Naruto is the last Uzumaki (Karin notwithstanding.)  

 

Is Toneri the last of his clan?  Would explain his desperation for a bride.
