Well for anyone wanting the translation, 天地長久, said this:
yes, literally it's correct as I translated it in thread of chapter 631... Minato says "Please don't be too hard on my son/Please go easy on my son..." but the real meaning of these words is just "I entrust you my son.../Take care of my son".

So we can assume Minato is simply saying for Sakura to take care of Naruto. Either way the "please don't go hard on him" or "take care of him" can refer to Minato trusting Sakura to care for Naruto. Its much easier said in the take care or I entrust him to you ways, the "please go easy on him" one though, that although not directly saying, it can work in the same context as "care gently for my son."
So all translations here simply mean Minato trusts Sakura with Naruto, caring for him as a girlriend/lover. Either way no matter how its translated, he still gets the kushina thoughts and is reminded of her because of Sakura. So no matter the translation, its still Sakura-Kushina.
