Bolded 1: You're asking me to search through 600 chapters?? (I know you're not, but you get my point). But there is a recent moment where just before he releases the seal imprisoning Kurama, he remembers back to chapter 1 where Iruka acknowledges him. It felt much more impact ful than the Team 7 bond, since it even affects his relationship with Kurama. There's also the VOTE battle where Naruto admits that Iruka is a father figure to him. That's about what I can remember.
I don't recall the moment where Naruto recalls Iruka as he's releasing the Kyuubi's seal - could you tell me what chapter that is?
As for the VOTE and Naruto comparing Iruka to a father, he was also comparing Sasuke to a brother in the same scene - that fight was all about his bond with Sasuke and how it affected him. Again, I'm not saying that Iruka's bond with Naruto isn't strong, just that Naruto's bond with Sasuke and Sakura are focused on more in the story and. Sakura has been by his side through more stuff than Iruka has (mission to land of waves, chuunin exams, Sasuke's betrayal, learning about the fate of Jinchuuriki's and Gaara's "death" + Chiyo's death, hanging out in between missions (i.e. the healing stuff and ramen "dates").
Imo, Naruto cares equally for the people his listed during his fight with Gaara (Team 7 + Iruka) - everyone else (aside from his newly discovered parents) are not as near and dear to him.

Next, Naruto's flippant attitude. It's true that's what makes his character, but it falls flat in a romantic sense in the way he said it. But I pretty much figured that would be your opinion. I won't deny the underlying message, but it could've been y'know.... executed better

??
I'm not sure that I'm explaining myself very well, so I'll just try and clarify one last time (and after this we can just agree to disagree if necessary

)

The part circled in blue
can be seen as Naruto being flippant (thus why Sakura got annoyed with him and proceeds to scold him). But the parts circled in red, especially Naruto's two smiles on the bottom of the left page very much come off as more serious and heartfelt (again being shown through Sakura's surprised reaction to his words, and her later reaction in that memory causing her to smile and offer to feed Naruto.
I guess it could have been better executed, but it feels in character for Naruto and for Naruto and Sakura's relationship - it was subtle, but meaningful.
The main reason this caught my attention was Naruto's use of "together" in one of the translations - it seemed a mirror of the two times Sakura used that phrase as well"
"Next time, we'll do it together!" and "I'm still here. We'll get stronger together."
If it were the same kanji, it would be a pretty clear allusion to Sakura's original promise that she made to Naruto after VOTE, and all of the times she referenced that promise afterwards.

Bolded 2: Where?? where's that conversation?? show me. But I do understand that it's not in his character to hold a grudge, but I'd at least like to see a panel showing his thoughts.
Those conversations take place in chapter 470 and 474; the specific moments I am referring to are:
On the top left panel, you can see by his widened eyes that Naruto is starting to get that Sakura is doing this for his benefit, and by his panel below, with his half lidded eyes, most of the anger appears to have drained out of him at her words - clearly indicating that she is just worried for him, trying to help him.
