What is it? Is the part that you are talking about being when Obito says to Sakura "You feel like you want to help him.... I see."?

Yup, It's the same scene. I mean she was still worried about Naruto even though they were rescuing Sasuke.

Yeah it was. Obito basically said that she's doing all this for Naruto and won't waste time even if she's injured to make that in vain.

I don't know if I should say it since this week's chapter is a touchy subject. But @Sojobo made me realized Obito's words were just a quote of Kakashi's words in some chapters ago. He's just talking about Nakama care. Sakura wants to follow Naruto and walk by his side like Kakashi, Hinata, Shikamaru, that's what is implied here. In the MS translation, you even notice the quotation thing.

Not sure if this helps or not but it atleast sets up the ObiRin parallel further since the gap Kakashi was referring to begin with was Rin.

Losing Rin is what made Obito turn to the dark side. Kakashi said that it won't happen to Naruto because he has everybody who will lift him up and support him. Obito makes this reference with Sakura and not anytime before for anyone else.
Obito is realizing that Sakura is Naruto's Rin. WHat makes it confusing though is that he's referencing Kakashi's statement that pretty much says that even if Naruto loses close to him (like Obito lost Rin) he has a bunch of other friend that will support him like Sakura. Its not an NS moment because its an ObiRin parallel its a NS moment because it shows that no matter what Sakura will be there to support naruto (like Rin supported Obito) its minor and its arguable but it is there.

I get it. The follow up chapter is a deal breaker for many things. They did talk about Naruto for a moment because Sakura brought him up, not wanting Naruto's sacrifice to stall time in vein. That part is significant as you could just have her say "It's fine. Time to go again. I can worry about the wounds later," or whatever. So why have that line? Who knows. Imagine next chapter having Sakura still in Sasuke's arms and calling for Naruto and saying that they have to get back to him.

A platonic NS moment that that is getting set-up for an ObiRin parallel (otherwise Kishi would have just left it at Kakashi's statement and not have Obito reinforce it)
To sum up what Kishi is saying here. "Sakura and everyone else is Naruto's Rin"
Sakura is purposefully getting singled out as a representation of all of Naruto's friends. Kind of like when itachi was telling Naruto that Minato became hokage because of the support of Kushina and all of the villagers.
